Brad C. came to our home after regular work hours to find out why our boiler was not working. He diagnosed a problem with regulation from the gas meter. He communicated the problem to xcel. Many thanks for alerting us to a serious problem!

Had a water heater leakage over the holidays. Tech came out and inspected and told me it needs replaced. Quoted me lowest price was $7700 or a better model at $9000…are you kidding me!!!??? $59 charge just for coming out. Also told me that my water softener made it worse…huh? Someone explain

Today, 11/07/22, Brian came to install new shower fixtures. We had a question of whether a shower spray attachment bar would fit or not and Brian adjusted it and installed it perfectly. He was quick and professional and very personable. We also consulted with him about some other plumbing fixtures that may be replaced in the future, and he was very helpful. We have used Precision many times in all areas of their expertise as a company, and they have always been professional and courteous.

Brian was nice and courteous and answered all my questions in a professional manner. His investigation found the leak and he repaired it quickly.

Max was very polite & professional. He did a great job servicing my furnace & only did what was necessary without trying to run up any charges. He's a great testament to the quality work I expect from Precision. I've used them for 30 years & will continue to do so.
