MESA Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I was working on my sprinkler water lines when I saw Mesa Plumbing Heating & Cooling at my neighbors home, so I asked their Technician, Cody if he could help me out on a couple of issues I was having. He happily called the office to see if they could schedule me in along with their other appointments. Cody quickly altered some connections, replaced some fittings and was done in no time. His work was excellent, very courteous, informative, professional and sincerely cared meeting my expectations and doing a quality job. It is just refreshing to see folks who enjoy their craft, take pride in their profession regardless how easy or difficult the task. Thank you Mesa for your help in a pinch and it was a pleasure working with Cody! Very happy to find a quality plumbing, heating & cooling company when in need!

I was in a tough situation with a broken faucet and Mesa came to the rescue. Their technician, Robert Acosta provided excellent service! He arrived on time, took a thorough look at the situation, provided a fair quote, and removed the damaged faucet. After cleaning the sink surface he installed the new faucet. Robert made sure the fixture worked properly and then cleaned the work area under the sink before leaving. All in all a very professional job!

I called Mesa Plumbing this morning and need a outside faucet replaced ASAP - I was told that the plumber would call within 30 minutes to arrange his time of arrival . Levi S arrived within 30 minute,- he introduced himself and reviewed my situation and provided an estimated cost for the job. Levi S was polite, professional and answered all my questions as to what he was doing and why he was doing it. After completing the job - he tested the entire water system - just to make sure everything was alright . Thank You again Levi S for a job well done!! I called Mesa Plumbing at midday today and they had their plumber out to us within an hour. Levi S. did an amazing job for us today. Not only did he fix a leak in the water line that comes into our house, but he was able to dress a problem with a constantly running toilet that was more involved than just fixing a floater. Levi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be using Mesa again in the future! Highly recommend them.

I've hired Mesa for a couple of jobs now; extending an existing gas line to another part of the house, and replacing a 20-year-old water heater with a tankless unit. For both jobs Cody Nelson was able to come out within a few days of our initial call, and the work he's done is tidy and professional.

Cody did an amazing job repairing our recirculating pump for our Rinnai water heater. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely use Mesa again and ask for Cody. Thanks!

Levi was great!! He was able to fix our leaky outdoor spigot and was very professional and walked my husband through the entire process!! If we have anymore plumbing issues, we will for sure call Mesa and request Levi again!! Thank you!!

Levi did an outstanding job for us. He checked and tightened all faucets in the bathroom, cleaned the kitchen sink drain, and replaced parts in one of the toilets. He explained options and issues along the way, was courteous, and efficient with his time. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

My furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and it got really cold. Mesa Plumbing was the only company that returned my call on Sunday and set up the appointment for next day. Their technician Eric showed up. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that needed replacing. Two days later he came back with the part and replaced it. The furnace worked well until next Sunday and when I called back Mesa, they sent Eric again on Monday. It appeared that our furnace also needed some water draining and cleaning which Eric quickly did. My furnace is working again and I hope this time it will last.
I would recommend Mesa as reliable and quick to respond.
