MESA Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I was very pleased by the quick response to our problem and by the knowledgeable plumbing professional, Colten, who did the repair.

I was having trouble with the upstairs shower leaking on to the ceiling of the office below. I called Masa plumbing heating cooling in Erie Colorado. On 12/30/2022 they sent out Robert Acosta.
Before he started the job he had me sign the estimate that was for $ 1,142.75 I ask him what he was going to do and how long would it take. I was told he was going to have to replace the pipe that goes down in the floor and it would take a couple of hours.

That is not the work that was done. He removed and replaced the connection at the top of the drain pipe wear the drain pipe connects to the shower pan. The bill states that this took him
.8 hour.

MEASA s paper work states that the job will will be Re-evaluated after the job is done and the cost will be adjusted this did not happen. I was charged $1,142.75 for .8 hour of work.

I called the MASA office and talked to the office manager and I ask for a itemized invoice she refused to give me one.

Our boiler went out over a weekend, and we reached out to Mesa to come out on Monday. Our tech, Erin, was amazing. It's rare these days that you interact with true craftsmen who takes so much pride in what they do. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he was able to explain everything in practical ways that made sense. He actually got me excited about a boiler! Not only was the end product done with the highest quality (like a work of art really) but it was done on time, and under budget. Mesa's quote was way more in line with the market than some of the quotes we got from competitors trying to make a quick buck. Thank you Erin and Mesa Plumbing!

Cody performed the water heater installation in our home. From the start, he was professional and very respectful of us and our house. Cody made sure to wear shoe covers as not to track water and dirt through the house. He laid down tarps to ensure the floors stayed clean. Cody explained the work he was going to perform to make sure we understood why he was doing what he was going to do. Since water heaters get replaced every ten years or so, the building codes may change and sometimes things need to be upgraded. Cody performed the work quickly and expertly. There were no surprise charges at the end.

Cody Nelson with Mesa was wonderful to work with. We worked with him remotely and he was able to help us pick out a new American Standard toilet to replace an old toilet. He was friendly, professional, communicative & responsive. And he did a quality install job of our new toilet, making sure everything was in working order. We live in the mountains (Sugarloaf) and always use Mesa for our plumbing issues. They have always been reliable and great to work with.
