When Robert came to the house he quickly gave an estimate including about 3 hours of work. He completed the project and left the house in less than an hour but still charged over $1100.00. No itemized bill to explain why the Colorado average hourly rate for a plumber is only $120 and the trip fee is $80 then part he used was less than $20. It does not take a calculator to tell you that was a rip off! To top it all off the shower started leaking again. Do you think we will call this company again? Not even if they were the only plumber in the state! I don't have to own the home to be upset. I want to remind people, if you go to a mechanic you get an itemized invoice of what was done to your car, the same with a dentist, doctor, carpenter, even a restaurant...you get the idea. Business who are not trying to rip people off are not afraid of itemizing what they actually do to earn your money

I had a serious leak because of a negligently installed line to my ice maker in the refrigerator door. Cody Nelson and his helper were prompt, polite and finished the repairs quickly. As always great service Mesa!!!!

Mesa Plumbing is fantastic! We had a pipe burst and they fit us in within a few hours and quickly and efficiently replaced the pipe and put in a few mitigating features to help prevent this from happening again. Cody was kind, helpful, and thorough, as always. Thanks for your help!

levi matthews, colt cash, and patrick addison helped us put in a new water heater when it broke while we were away for our wedding. they worked late into the night to resolve issues that came up with our old home and were very helpful and respectful (they even brought in our packages while we were gone! :))

Showed up for same day service before anticipated time. Thorough research of our leak problem and it was a rusted rotted garbage disposer. Replaced and all leaks checked for. Very thorough

Working with Aaron is the one-in-million experience that you dream of. Aaron takes pride in his work, and it shows in his professionalism, recommendations, courtesy, updates, and the final work itself. The whole team at Mesa was prompt, helpful, and I couldn't ask for a better experience through a semi- sophisticated project replacing a furnace and water heater due to a pipe burst. I wish all contractors were like this, the world would be a far better place for it.

I would highly recommend Mesa plumbing heating and cooling for their prompt response to my request. If you can request Cody, he was well prepared and knowledgeable, and had even had done research on something I'm looking into.

Had an urgent repair need on Memorial Day for a pipe repair. Levi S quickly responded and did a great repair for us.

BEWARE of Mesa Plumbing, they are not a reputable company in any way shape or form. After hearing the pitch from the plumber about his 20 years + experience, how he definitely could resolve my water hammer issue and how Mesa Plumbing would stand by their work, I foolishly hired them. They were all smiles and super nice until they took my money and I reported back that my issue was not resolved with the work they did. After that they barely would answer my phone calls, came out one more time but never resolved the problem I paid them to fix (over 3k in work!). Eventually, they set their phone system to direct my calls right to voice mail without ever ringing; and won’t ever call me back.

If you are reading this please take this warning, DO NOT HIRE MESA PLUMBING. They will take your money and run, leaving you out in the cold. Terrible, terrible company.

Cody saved me from a nightmare shower installation. Without his help and guidance, I would’ve had a seriously horrible repair down the line - he was great about explaining everything as he went along and offered so much useful advice. Can’t recommend him enough!
