MESA Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

I have used Mesa a couple times and every technicians I've worked with is always timely, professional, and really kind and helpful! Today I worked with Levi Shuckman and I couldn't recommend him enough.

My furnace broke in around negative 7 degree weather and Mesa and James Ives truly went above and beyond to fix my furnace as quickly and inexpensively as possible. To secure the part I needed, Mesa established a new relationship with a part supplier and picked up the part from a different city, all in less than 24 hours. James then called me with a price for the part before coming out and what they charged me was more than reasonable, particularly under the circumstances. Plus, they were friendly, professional, courteous and tidy the entire time. It was a pleasure working with them. James has earned a customer for life. I recommend Mesa and James.

We have used MESA for fifteen years and have always been happy with their work—not one bad experience in all that time. Every tech we’ve met has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Most recently, James came by our new home
in Boulder for a furnace checkup. He was careful to explain all the ins and outs of our systems, what we can reasonably expect for future repairs and replacements, and the best approach to ongoing maintenance. Patrick did a full plumbing checkup and helped us determine our priority list for repairs and updates, as well. He is so friendly and professional and detailed in his work and I am always confident in his recommendations. It was a pleasure to work with them both.

I’d also like to thank Shannon—we have had visits to three different addresses over the last few months and she has been very helpful in getting everything scheduled and organized.

I got a second bid on my boiler from Mesa over my usual company. The tech they sent over gave me a bid on the spot. It was $1700.00 dollars less than the Longmont company.Wow! The tech Aaron Taylor then went to his shop got the boiler and put it in. Really impressed with Mesa. Thanks for the great service. A+++

Doug did a great job. I was nervous because the previous owner always did my work but Doug showed up, communicated well, quoted the price, detailed the issues and got the job done. He assured me that his work was complete and if I found any issues to call
immediately. I felt well taken care of and confident that I can maintain my plumbing relationship with this company.

I called Mesa because I was having an issue with my heat turning on. My tech was awesome! When Dessa arrived she was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took her less than 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and about 10 minutes to repair it.. Although the repair didn't take long, Dessa spent time explaining the problem. The time she took explaining helped me to feel confident that she knew what she was talking about.
Additionally, the woman who initially took my call was also extremely helpful and friendly! I wish I had asked for her name, so I could put it in the review!

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Go low, get cheap quality. This place isn't cheap but they're not the most expensive. I love how they won't go through with the work without getting a signature on the estimate first and answer all your questions. They even told me that if I find issues at all with the work, I can call back within two weeks and the repairs would be free! Seeing the negative reviews I have to wonder if there aren't some bored trolls going after them because my experience and the experience of many others has been very pleasant.

Cody and Matt did an excellent job, they were very personable and professional.

Cody did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher! He checked all of the plumbing inside and outside of my home before he started working. He was very respectful and cleaned up after himself when he was done!! Awesome job Cody

Mesa is terrible, we’ve used them for our home and our in-laws home. They installed a $25k boiler that is two years old and need to be replaced. They installed a HVAC system that was replaced 3 years later on our other property. I’m an architect in town and will NEVER recommend them to clients or builders. They just changed owners and have lost a few of the people who actually knew what they were doing. Look elsewhere.
