MESA Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

We are a General contractor in boulder and have used Mesa plumbing for many years with great results.
Last year the business was sold to a new owner who does not hold the same high standards as the original owner.
We will not use Mesa Plumbing any longer.

The old-fashioned drain p-trap on our kitchen sink corroded apart. MESA sent Jacob along in just an hour after I discovered the issue and called them, and he repaired it with modern PVC right away and at a price I was happy with.

UPDATE: We have used MESA a ton since buying our home to the existing HCAC system in good shape and make updates to our plumbing. We can always count on MESA to fit us in at a reasonable time. Most recently, Aaron performed our furnace maintenance and helped diagnose a tricky AC issue involving a smart shutoff switch owned by the power company. He also installed a neutralizer system at my request - and walked me through the best way (not the "easy way") to have it installed, and why. Thanks, MESA team!

Replaced a residential sewer line using the bursting method. The crew who did the work were efficient & competent. The team was sufficiently staffed and had all the necessary tools, equipment, and materials. The Mesa site manager did a good job of keeping me informed about the sequence of activities. They did a good job of minimizing the time the sewer line was disconnected. It was a nice touch for the Mesa company owner to stop by and connect with me.

Abel did a great job diagnosing, persevering, and fixing a difficult kitchen plumbing repair!

Spencer did an excellent job, especially bringing up the old water heater up 2 flights of stairs w a tight corner to navigate. He was friendly, on time w a smile and very respectful. Dealing with a plumbing issue is never fun, but we’ve had great experiences with Mesa! A new owner came on board a few months ago and the change is impressive. Professional, savy technicians in our home, less wait time, and the best part: they do what they say. That’s a rare thing nowadays. Definitely give them a call.

We had our garbage disposal installed and were shocked at the high price of the estimate. My husband signed it since the repair man was there at our house and he hadn’t done comps for comparison. We were charged $891.00! After the fact I called around for comps. Mike LaBella Plumbing charges $325, Bernie’s charges $372, and Planet Plumbing charges $440. We were overcharged, based on the comps, $550-$650! That is pure gouging! I called and talked to Shannon and told her the comps. Her response was simply that that is their price and my husband signed it. What terrible customer service. There are other great plumbing companies around to use that believe in good customer service, so choose wisely.

Robert was a pleasant man to work with and performed our service quickly and efficiently.

MESA Plumbing did an outstanding job! They got to me in a reasonable amount of time after one of our pipes broke. The technician showed up on time and was in and out in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend!
