Charles designed and built a very efficient boiler system for my 4,800 sq fr home. He also replaced all the old and clogged zone valves in the crawl space. He loves his job and is very good at it!!

Rocky called and gave estimated arriving time. He showed up on time, assessed the sump pumps, gave recommendations, replace 2 new sump pumps same day. He offered to help carrying old sump pumps to the area we wanted to keep for insurance purposes. He is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Rocky.

Eric did a great job installing a new furnace for me. It was a rush job as my existing furnace died in the middle of Jan. !!! Everything was done exactly as Eric said it would be done. The new Lennox furnace is so quiet !!!

I was running out of hot water in my morning shower. My 17-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater was making loud noises, and the water temp reading would go down to 10, rather than 120. I called Precision, and Justin Martinez came out to take a look. He was very patient explaining what was happening and what my options were. I decided to replace my old water heater with a new (and improved) one. That was on a Friday. The following Monday Justin came and spent the day taking out the old heater and putting the new one. There wasn't much room to spare. Justin was hard-working and pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I didn't have anything to clean up afterwards. Precision has a reputation for being expensive, and it is. I perhaps could have shopped around and gotten something cheaper. But my peace of mind in getting essential service work done professionally with attention to customer service is priceless.

after a different company installed a new furnace it never worked correctly this is the second year and it would shut off every time you got cold and then it would shut off every time it went on they installed a humidifier that never worked and precision came out as soon as we called them and they fixed everything it has never worked better. The whole house is uniform upstairs and down with heating and I can't say enough nice things about their service and the people that work there
