Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric

Our 20 year old combination boiler went down, and our previous HVAC service provider sent two technicians who couldn't confidently diagnose the issue and seemed unconcerned about getting us a solution in time for the coming cold weather. Charles from Precision was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, and he pushed hard to get us a solution ASAP. Unfortunately we needed to completely replace the unit. Charles provided space heaters for the time during which he and a colleague were installing the new unit.

They responded to our problem very quickly. They sent out Justin and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He explained our options and then started work. Very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

I had two issues happening at my house and electrician Jacob and plumber Mike both came out to help me! Their professionalism and knowledge were astounding and especially after having another company before them of whom tried to "take me" for a $500 pipe!! These guys were a welcome surprise.

Great experience with Justin and David. They identified the problem with the Sump Pump, gave me an estimate and executed the work professionally and gave me some other ideas along the way. Highly recommend.

Update to my review: My toilets continue to run, they have for weeks. Bending the "arm" that connects the flush handle to the rubber stopper isn't a good fix. Mike was friendly and personable but I still have to find a fix or try to do it myself :/

Precision gave me a same day appointment mid day! Josh was very accommodating and patiently waiting while I was late. He quickly and efficiently repaired the shower. Bing, bang, boom.

Very pleased with the professional service from Brian and most important only recommending what we needed. Brian was honest and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and how to fix it.

We had run out of breaker slots in our electrical panel, and also needed several new runs to support our (eventual) goal of getting off propane and using electricity instead.

Several electricians we called were either booked several months out, or ended up ghosting us. Jacob Greulich of Precision Plumbing scheduled a visit within a couple of weeks and gave us a detailed line-item estimate. He told us that we didn’t need to find space for a subpanel, we could get a larger main panel and just extend a bit vertically. This was ideal, given our other infrastructure in the same area. His estimate was slightly cheaper than the other electrician that came out, even though it contained more work. Jacob’s estimate included placing a master cutoff switch outside, as well as a new meter housing, to match Xcel’s latest code requirements. The other electrician didn’t mention (or know?) these requirements, which would have been awkward when the county inspector came.

All work was completed in the allotted three days by Jacob and his assistants, aside from some breaker ties on back order (installed at a later date). Their work is very tidy. Jacob also redesigned the original 240V cooktop connection to eliminate the junction box sticking up in the cabinet below.

Jacob was always very communicative and prompt about calling back. He also coordinated his work with Namaste, who would be installing more solar electric panels soon after his work. There were a couple of small issues that he needed to come back for, so it would be most accurate to give 4.5 stars if Google let us. Given his promptness and communication we’ve rounded up to 5.

Eric did such a great job fixing my air conditioner. He was very thorough and efficient and my dogs liked him so that says a lot.
