My whole experience, from quote to install was excellent.
Tony graciously answered all my questions professionally. They were not my lowest quote, but not far off and instilled a sense of confidence that they would do an excellent job.
Mick and Brandon, did the install carefully and competently. An extra thumbs up to electrician Mike for going the extra mile to route the power wire internally rather than going completely around the house with external conduit.

Great people! They replaced my condo furnace and AC units. Chael and Derick were professional and explained every step of the way. Lakeside heating are the company to use for HVAC issues. Thank you to all. It is so much quieter in my condo, thanks to the new unit.
***Not sure about the extended contract, Comfort Shield Contract. What is the cost of this contract? It only covers the labor and not the parts for a needed repair. I do not recall anyone discussing this contract with me and neither does my husband. ** Hope to hear back from Lakeside soon concerning this issue.

I got 5 estimates to replace a furnace at a rental. Lakeside was by far, the most thorough in providing me with an estimate. Provided the most information on products available, cost, and warranties. Tony, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. And.. they had the best price!

I have used this small family owned business for over a decade and they have never disappointed me. Service is always great and prices are always very reasonable. In Nov 2017, my heater failed. From start to finish, their entire staff provided the most excellent service and took care of every detail for me. They helped me quickly nail down which replacement units I wanted, answered my many questions, helped me locate a great financing deal and complete the paperwork, delivered and installed the equipment, corrected my ductwork, took care of the electrical work, addressed two air flow imbalances, explained the equipment operation and maintenance, took care of all the rebate documents, and completed the warranty registration and emailed me all the information and guided me at each step. The job was completed so quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the owners to the office staff to the work crew. I am very grateful for the wonderful work they do.

Lakeside replaced my 19 year old furnace this week for a new high efficiency Carrier furnace and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The owner came to my house, quoted the work and gave me options and talked to me about what product made sense with my goals. The installation tech's were on time, friendly, and professional. The furnace works very well and I am so happy I went with Lakeside, a local family owned company, to do this work in my home. Thank you for the fabulous work!

I recently started having issues with my 20 year old Furnace, so I did some checking around and got some recommendations on 4 different companies and got 4 quotes. Lakeside came very highly recommended and also had the most competitive quote of all 4.....so a win-win for me.

They just replaced my furnace last Friday and I was very very impressed with how professional they were, how well they protected my home flooring from any possible damage, how willing they were to answer all my questions, and all the improvements and details they took care of during the installation. They just didn't slap in a new furnace, they improved the airflow by putting the furnace on a pedestal so it could draw air from the bottom as well as the side, and made a number of other adjustments and tweaks to make my new furnace work as optimally as possible. Details matter a lot to me, and they exceeded my expectations.

I am super impressed with Lakeside and would recommend them to anyone, for both repairs or heating/cooling system replacement...two thumbs up!!

Had discovered strange noise with HVAC blower and contacted Lakeside for a visit. Tony came the next day and did a thorough review of the system and addressed it efficiently. Very responsive, professional. Would definitely call them again if another HVAC issue arose.
