Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning

They came out and gave me a quote and then said that they couldn't find any scaffolding to do the job (I waited for weeks while they "searched" for a place to rent scaffolding from), and ended up wanting me to rent the scaffolding to do the work. I called another contractor and they said there was absolutely no need for scaffolding on my house. They did not try hard at all to solve a very simple problem. A simple google search shows you can rent scaffolding from about 50 different places in Denver so it is frustrating that they could not figure out how to get the basic equipment needed for this work.

Great company. Price was right around what we expected and the financing is fantastic! Tony and Chael did the work in two days!! New furnace and ac! Awesome and fast. They even brought in my trash barrel from the street!

Top notch company! I enjoyed working with Tony, Chael and Derrick. They installed a new air conditioner, furnance and thermostat that is whisper quiet. They are professionals and provide excellent workmanship!

I had Lakeside replace my furnace and install a new whole house A/C. The entire process was very professional, open and honest, and efficient. The quoting process was thorough and Tony listened to what i wanted/needed and gave me 4 relative bids - complete with every option, detail and cost. All the other bids I received from other companies were lacking in either detail or weren't aligned with my needs well. They answered all my questions beforehand 9and there were many). They scheduled the install very quickly and were prompt both days. The installers were early, communicative and very good at their job. They did really professional work, talked with me through a couple of items, and even did a couple small things for me to make the job better. A company like this can have good management and office staff, but without good installers the company will suffer - and these installers were excellent.
Everything was clean and ready to go earlier than planned on both days. The final cost was exactly what was quoted, and it was very competitive for the efficiency I chose. The system works great in the first two weeks, and the warranty is in the industry high end. I cannot recommend a company more highly than Lakeside heating & Cooling.

I don't often post reviews, but I was so impressed with Lakeside I had to. I had my heater fixed same day, and got to meet the most personable repairman in Utah. Highly recommend.

Lakeside recently replaced our failing furnace and air conditioning systems. Tony provided six incredibly thorough quotes of varying efficiencies and features and took the time to understand what we desired for our home rather than pressuring us to purchase the most expensive system. Chael and Derek completed our installation and were on time both days and incredibly communicative answering any questions I had and walked me through the ins and outs of the new system. When the install was completed, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Importantly, the final invoice was identical to the quote we selected from Tony with zero upsell pressure or 'surprise' changes to the installation. I highly recommend Lakeside for any heating/cooling needs - they will be our first and only call from now on.

We have used Lakeside Heating for 10 years and they installed the heating and cooling system on our home originally. They are always responsive and very easy to work with. We’ve had several techs over the years but just met Junior and he provided excellent customer service. Took the time to answer all questions, performed the work professionally and is a friendly guy. 5/5 would recommend to anyone. This is a great company to work with.

I've used Lakeside Heating and Air since 1996. They are always professional, on time and the installs are very timely. They have installed two AC units and one furnace for me over the years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always helpful if I have questions too. Great service!
