Lakeside did a great job with a detailed estimate and were very prompt with all communication. The installers were always on time, very professional and courteous and explained everything as the installation was progressing and how to use the new equipment. I would definitely recommend them.

Lakeside Heating installed our new furnace and AC. Their quote wasn't the lowest, however, the offer of 5 years with 0% financing was hard to beat since not many people have $10K+ in the bank. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and quick with the many quotes we asked for. Holly was very nice on the phone when filling out the financing application and scheduling the appointment. Speaking of the appointment, they were able to come install within a couple days of saying "yes" to the quote, which was great! Mick and Brandon did the install of the new equipment and were very friendly and professional. It was quoted for 2 days of work and they were done in a day! Overall, great experience and would recommend them to friends and family.

From the initial in-home inspection to the estimate to central AC installation, these guys are the absolute best. Lakeside is incredibly communicative, knows their stuff, and just an all-around pleasure to do business with. Realize you can only give 5 stars but also just gotta say, 10/10 recommend!

Lakeside HVAC did a great job evaluating our existing system and providing us with a new efficient furnace and AC. The installation team was friendly, on time, and answered any question we had. The left the furnace room clean and tidy after the install. A great experience and the best price and product for our needs.

Lakeside is a refreshing change from a lot of the poor customer service we have experienced in recent years. The old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true for them! (not Applewood though)
Holly, Tony, Bill and Mick have all gone above and beyond to make our new furnace and heat pump installation go well. From dealing with the Denver rebate program to dealing with the Denver inspector, Lakeside has done well.
Having central air conditioning for the first time last summer was a godsend and being able to keep our house closed up when the air quality is bad has literally been a life-saver.
Unfortunately, last winter's super-cold temps caused the condensation line to freeze so when we turned on the A/C for the first time this summer water flowed back into our house. Not to worry, Tony came out and installed a new line free of charge!

Chael and Derek were AWESOME installers, noticing some existing problems, then taking the time and their expertise to make everything perfect. They really went above and beyond what had to be done.
If you're hesitating on what company to go with for any kind of HVAC service, I would definitely go with these guys. I did, and definitely will in the future.

Quality business - good to work with from quote thru install. Installers were pleasant, efficient and capable - took good care of our house and drop cloths and booties during install and the finished job looks professional. Quoted us what was needed, informed us of options and maintenance items but no pressure or upselling in the process. Would recommend them to others.

Lakeside worked to get us taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional and they did an excellent job swapping out our water heater after our basement flooded. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to begin with how outstanding Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning is as a business. In this day and age it is not the norm to get this excellent service. All the employees, Holly, Marisa, Patrick, Chael, and Eric were so great. How often to you actually deal with the owners Bill and Tony. One of the outstanding business practices was the thorough explanations about the services as well as the costs and the options provided to us. You also got written estimates. Patrick came out hoping to fix our old furnace. He tried everything to fix it, but the furnace was 21 years old. He was upfront with his advice, but did not pressure us with deciding one way or another on the options. Chael and Eric were very friendly and polite. Their installation was beautiful and there was no mess. In fact, my basement was cleaner when they finished the installation. Again, they also answered any questions and kept us informed about the progress and steps of installation. Chael was outstanding in this process and he did a thorough job explaining the thermostat. I just can’t say enough. I like a business that takes pride and really likes what they do which was conveyed by Tony and Bill. That sold us on doing business with them. Holly was so friendly and helpful and accommodating with the starting call and Marissa was also friendly and helpful. We were in a jam because our heating was out and these people were are knights in shining armor! I highly, highly recommend them!

Lakeside replaced my old furnace a number of years back. They've been here twice since (Should be more, I flubbed the regular maintenance for a number of years.) I've had 5 different people to my house, and spoken on the phone to another 2. Every person and in both situations, has been exceptional. I trust this business in it's entirety.
