I just had a new furnace and a/c plus a hot water installed into my home. Tony who came out and gave me a bid on my new equipment was very detailed and helpful in explaining every question I had about each piece of equipment I was getting. Then once I decided to go with them they got right on it and had a installation team in two days. The installation team of Chale and Derrick were great they set out tarps along carpet and stairs to keep area as clean as possible. They worked diligently 8 hours the first day and another 8 hours on day two to get my systems up and running. When they left they had my place right back as if they hadn't even been there. They set up appointment to have Systems inspected with Arvada inspectors and had it pass to everyone satisfaction. The people in the office also were great from Holly to Bill and even the receptionist who I can remember her name were great to work with and talk to. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

Tony and the other folks at Lakeside and Air Conditioning just installed our new Carrier furnace. Everything was done in the timeline we had discussed, they did a great job all the way around. We recommend them highly; good price, great install and great service.

Tony and his staff were great. Easy to schedule the estimate and Tony took the time to sit down and explain everything while in our home. Even after the install we had follow-up questions and Tony personally called back to discuss our concerns. Came in way less than the other guys and they take care of all the Xcel Energy rebate stuff for you so you see the incentive right on your invoice.

We highly recommend Lakeside Heating for professional (yet friendly!) and knowledgeable HVAC installs. We had an original 1960s furnace which they removed and installed a new energy efficient AC unit and furnace.

The estimate process was thorough and understandable to a layperson, and all their information matched up exactly with my own research (e.g. asking my real estate agent and asking google.) They provided a range of units at various prices so we could make an informed decision. They offered upsells and accessories but were not pushy. We ended up choosing Lakeside over the other less expensive estimates because of their professionalism and handling of Xcel rebates and city permits. Money well spent.

During the install the weather was in the high 90s with zero cloud cover. I'm sure it wasn't comfortable but the crew was always cheerful (how?!) and wore masks which we found very respectful. The crew left the spaces clean and tidy (despite kicking up 60 years of dust!) and gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the changes and how to use our new equipment. They answered all our questions and made it very clear how we should self-maintain our equipment and reminded us about our warranty and how to contact them if any problems or questions arise.

Great price, great workmanship, great equipment. After receiving bids from 5 dealers, Lakeside's bid was less expensive than all the others, and for better, higher efficiency, multi-stage furnace and A/C units to replace our 22-year old system.
Installation was prompt and follow-up was great. Lakeside worked with Carrier and Xcel to get us maximum rebates and discounts, and also completed the warranty registration for us.

They were early on the job, worked steadily without a break, cleaned up everything, were polite and pleasant, kept me notified about what they were doing and even hung my picture back up that was covering my fuse box. There's really no need to look anywhere else for a residential mechanical contractor...I can't say enough great things about this team. Originally requested an estimate in March of 2019 for adding cooling to my existing furnace. Tony came out on-time with a very professional demeanor. I'm a Mechanical Engineer by degree and a software developer by trade in the commercial building energy space so I love to geek out and have more technical conversations. Tony didn't mind and was able to communicate at the (arguably unrealistic) level that I expect from a residential contractor :). He provided three very detailed estimates the next day. I ended up deferring the project one year. I reached out to Tony in February 2020 requesting a new estimate on a slightly different system than we had previously discussed. I received a response right away (on the weekend mind you) letting me know that he would provide the new estimate on the following Monday. I decided to proceed with that estimate which was a Daikin DZ20VC heat pump and a DM97MC furnace and the install was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Install team did probably the best residential job I've ever seen. Not a spec of dust or piece of trash to be found after they were finished. Couldn't be happier!
