Lakeside Heating and A/C has installed several A/C and heating systems for me. Their employees are all knowledgeable and professional and they explain everything about the installation before they start and go over everything after the job is done. The installations are all first class, I’ve been a house flipper since 2013 and I’ve seen my share of work that couldn’t compare to work Lakeside Heating and A/C has done.

Murphy's Law! We have travel plans for the weekend our furnace goes out Thursday afternoon. Lakeside was amazing! They gave us the estimate with rebates taken off and installation the next morning. Zero surprises! Zero upsales! Everything upfront. We had to be done by noon they were done and cleaned up by 11am. Honestly we were in a pickle with the travel plans another company may have taken advantage of that. Not Lakeside. Start with Lakeside when considering heating and plumbing work or installation.

The installers from Lakeside were professional, effificeint and courteous. They phoned 30 minutes before arriving at the house and got right to work.
The basement stairs are carpeted and they covered them with a thick cloth so as not to track in dirt. I appreciated that.
After installation they explained the system and what I need to do each spring to ensure it is clean. They also explained how the City inspection will work and offered to change the date or time with the City if needed.

Lakesie also left me an extra A/C furnace filter.

I will recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC serives.

Customer service is lacking. They made a huge mess I had to clean up after their technician installed a humidifier incorrectly, gallons of water spilled out onto the floor before I checked and noticed the mess. Nothing but an oops our bad. Then a few weeks later when I had them come to service the furnace and they couldn’t get access to the panel they charged me a trip charge. This doesn’t feel right and when we tried speaking with the owners they stood by their choices. Buyer beware.

I recently had Lakeside Heating install a MERV 16 whole house filter to my existing forced air system, which is simply amazing BTW, dust in the house is GONE! I had originally spoke with Bill Buras who was more than helpful providing pros and cons on the type of filter I should install.

Then met with one of their techs who provided even more information and easy to talk to during the install. He even did a quick inspection of my existing duct work since our basement is un-finished. He went around and sealed air holes which were missed from the initial install, they didn’t even charge me for this extra service. I will gladly refer any future friends and family that need an HVAC team they can trust. A+++

We enjoy doing business with a small locally owned company. They had great service and friendly staff. We had a problem with our air conditioner and were concerned that we would not be able to get some one out quick enough to fix it. Lakeside was courteous and attentive. They told us they would be the next day, but able to fit us into the schedule the same day! Every thing works great, could not be happier.

Lakeside installed my a/c a few years ago and was the most prompt and professional company I received an estimate from. They have since come out to repair my furnace, again prompt and professional. I can not recommend Lakeside Heat and Air Conditioning enough.

Last year our air conditioner broke mid summer. Lakeside was prompt, professional and in no way did I feel they were trying to up-sale me. This year we purchased a new air conditioner with Lakeside. We received excellent service from sales to install. I highly recommend Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning.

Excellent company. My furnace stopped working - storm coming in the next day. I called several other companies and no one had availability. I saw that Lakeside was local so I gave them a call - they came right over. Fees are upfront and fair. Tony was excellent - explained what / why the furnace stopped working. Highly recommend.
