It is always such a pleasure to work with Lakeside heating and cooling. Tony gives so much good information so that the perfect unit can be chosen. We were able to get our install two months sooner than predicted. The staff who takes the calls are professional and helpful, the install was seamless. Mick was great and very professional. Lakeside heating and cooling Installed a heater for us five years ago and we were very happy with the quality of their work. They came and did a tuneup and I loved that also. Can’t say enough good about this quality company.

My old furnace, a Montgomery Wards furnace, and was put in my house "used" by Lakeside Heating in 1986 and was still running! Talk about getting your money's worth! But, after 36 years, it was time for a new system. And I wanted air conditioning added.

I bid this job to several companies, and Lakeside Heating saved me almost $10,000 with rebates and discounts over the other companies! Tony Burus, the owner, was beyond helpful and very kind. He embodies what service should be.

They were very professional, and at the same time treated me like family. The system, complete with a new smart thermostat, works exceptionally well. It is 98% efficient. It's a quantum positive improvement on the 1986 model!!

So, for my rating, on a scale of 1-10 - I'd give them a 20! I couldn't ask for better!

Lakeside installed a mini split unit in my son's bedroom. I received quotes from six different HVAC companies and Lakeside was by far the best priced, most knowledgable and most responsive. They showed-up on time on the installation date, worked quickly and did a great job. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with Lakeside!

This is the 2nd home we have used Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning to upgrade our 20+ year old furnaces and AC. We may have to buy another house just so we can use them again. Bill, the owner is very knowledgeable in the latest equipment. He took a lot of time working with us and answering questions to ensure that we got exactly the system we wanted. We were looking for high efficiency. He was able to offer that and was able to balance efficiency with sizing the system for our application and at a reasonable price. It is amazing how much better this system works. It is so quiet we barely hear it running but the house no longer has cold spots and is able to maintain even temperatures. He was highly flexible in terms of installation because we had a major remodel going on and we wanted things done in a certain order. He and his team are reachable, which is a nice change. We know that if we have any issues or want additional work, they will be there for us.

Good service from start to finish. When our furnace wasn't working properly we called Lakeside Heating. They made it easy to schedule a quick appointment. The serviceman was on time and professional. He found several issues. Since the furnace was 16 years old it wasn't worth repairing. Lakeside provided five written quotes for a new furnace the same day. Since we haven't every purchased a new furnace we took several days to research our options. We then got several other quotes. Lakeside Heating had the best price and quickest installation scheduling. The installation crew showed up on time, did a good job, and explained everything. Later I couldn't get the digital thermostat app to work on my phone. The president of Lakeside Heating took the time to walk me through it on the phone and had me up and running in a couple minutes. Lakeside Heating is getting all our future heating and air conditioning business.

Overall the experience with Lakeside Heating was good. Quote for the job and booking the install was fast & easy. Got a tankless unit that is really nice. The guys that installed were super nice & professional and did the job quickly.
Tony made the one and only hiccup right & did so professionally and quickly. Absolutely awesome to deal with. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Tony came out quickly when I couldn't get anyone else to come out and recharged my A/C and got my system cooling again. He was prompt and professional and knowledgeable. Bill gave me good quotes that were very competitive on a new HVAC system. Very helpful and knowledgeable and responsive. I definitely recommend these guys!

Tony was very professional and straight forward with answers and expertise on furnace systems that would work best for us within our budget concerns. Mick and Brandon installed the selected unit and were punctual, friendly and definitely qualified as they did a fantastic job on the install and cleaned up the area, hauling away all old equipment and container materials such that you would never know they were there!
