Our technician was able to detect our issue quite quickly. We called and got service same day, within a couple of hours of our air conditioning not blowing cold air we were back up and running . Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable ( we asked questions about other things besides our immediate issue). Outstanding. We have used this company for many years with these same results. Technician Chai came by and was able to diagnose my problem with my heating unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped not only diagnose my issue but help explain why I had a problem and how to prevent it next time. Would definitely recommend Chai for any future issues I will have.

I was very happy with Jason and his team. They installed a new air conditioning unit and compressor. They also had to go under our house to replace all of the duct work. The guys did a lot of work and I couldn't be happier with the result. Jason explained every detail of the job and did a great job of communicating with us. His group was polite and professional. Rick was great and don’t generally trust repair people especially when they tell me I need to buy a new unit. Rick was very honest and direct. They were in time and did a nice job on the new installation and cleanup as well. Hate buying these big ticket items but they did a good job.

Tankless water heater maintenance. Due to rain, only the indoor one was serviced. The outdoor one has to be rescheduled when there is less of a deluge.

Dial One Sonshine replaced my very old heat pump system with a new one. Although there were some unforeseeable issues along the way, Jason (and Dial One) handled them very professionally. What I liked most about the company is their honesty in dealing with me. I would definitely recommend them.
