After Ozzie had successfully installed a much needed filter in my central heating unit, Chai was available to clear the thermostat message that indicated that I still needed a filter, and then he proceeded to show me how to do that on my own, should I ever have to. He also checked the furnace, and all vents to make sure they were operating correctly. Your guys were great! Thanks!
