Issah came for a free inspection of our 18 yr. old water heater. He did a thorough testing of the water system in the house and explained our problems. We were really impressed with his knowledge. They had an opening the next day. Ozzy came to install our new water heater. He took his time making sure everything was correct and showing us and explaining. We were very impressed with both men, their knowledge and attention to detail, the company and the quality products they use. We also had them install a new furnace a couple of months ago and were also very satisfied with their service. We would highly recommend them for any heating or plumbing problems.

Good team and excellent service. Ozzie and Juan are good technicians, both very friendly and professional. They took care to wear "booties" and masks and were thorough in their cleanup after service. The service work was thorough as well. I accompanied them during the AC and water system checks and they clearly checked everything accessible on the roof, in the attic and in the AC and " on-demand" water heaters. We agreed that two problems uncovered during the inspections needed to be fixed and both items were corrected before Juan and Ozzie left. I am very pleased that you were able to service all three houses I have service agreements for in two back to back service calls. The work took about a day's labor and some parts. Since I was with the service team all the time, I believe I got good value from the team. I will definitely do it again next year!

My repairman Oscar was fantastic! He fixed my AC system in just 30 minutes by replacing the capacitor. He also advised that I needed a new AC filter ASAP, and he instructed me how to replace it and what tools to use. He quickly and professionally fixed my issue during this rough heatwave. 10/10 do recommend!
