We had a Mitsubishi ductless mini split installed by D-Air over the holiday season. I visited their store and spoke with their staff. They were polite and very knowledgeable. After doing some research and speaking with some of the other AC companies in the area, I was surprised to find out that the prices at D-Air was about 15% less. I booked an appointment for the following week and had them do the installation. They were fast and professional. Within about 4 hours the job completed. We love our ductless unit and use it every day.

Fast service and excellent quality installation. We had a 4 ton elite system from Lennox done by D-Air. We talked with 3 different companies and they were all 2k to 3k higher in price. We ended up going with D-Air from a recommendation from a friend. The technicians came to our place at 10am and finished the project by 3pm. They were respectful of our house and the work was very good.

Nice, knowledgeable, laid out pretty much as planned. 4 zones Daikin 36K BTU in 6 hours. They care so much as if theirs, could use more of tail gate meetings. Great personnel no question. I recommend this company highly.

I recently installed Air Conditioning into 4 rooms of my home, after the installation only 2 rooms were able to work. Meaning, if I turn the AC in more than two rooms then all of the rooms that had the AC installed would be shut down right away. I had told them of the issue and they said they will let me know by tomorrow to come another day to resolve this problem. But they didn’t respond back via call or txt. After that, about 3 days later I had sent them an email to remind them of the problem yet they’re never responded. I’m very disappointed because I have paid them the full amount but I didn’t get the service that was suppose to be provided. I don’t understand why they can’t just come and fix the problem that they caused. I also went to the store and talked to Huy, but he didn’t say nothing.....
