Highly recommend and would like too thank Dannon with Dialone and his team for their professionalism, integrity, honesty and knowledge when it comes to home service needs. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to my 100% satisfaction. I had crack in my sewer line as well as broken pipes. With the house being 56yrs old and having the cast iron pipe they had begun to deteriorate. The price was more than reasonable compared to other companies and estimates I received. He was able to replace necessary pipes under the home with out jackhammering or destroying entire home. Communicated all needs to me. We have used Dial One since 2014. We liked them so much we bought their service maintenance contract. This week we called them for a leak and found out from Isaiah all our pipes were bad (mobile home from late 90s). Within 2 days we had a complete re-pipe and drywall job DONE (1700 sq ft home). The re-pipe contractors (2 of them) were super efficient and fast! Couldn't believe how fast the 2 of them worked! They protected our floors and belongings and did an excellent clean up job when done. Today we had the drywall contractors come out and except for us needing to paint you can't even tell the walls had holes! Again protected all our floor and belongings and worked quite efficiently. Then had a final inspection from Dannon who was just as courteous. You can't go wrong with Dial One!

If you are looking for someone to not finish the job they promised, and to have you pay for a new faucet that was never installed, then this is the place for you. So very, very disappointed in the service here. Almost 3 weeks ago, one of their service guys came to my residence, after I called about having a new faucet installed in our laundry room and our kitchen. He and the company/owner seemed more interested in selling us a filtration system than doing the job we called about which we declined to purchase. The service guy (Bert) said he didn't have the parts on the truck and would be back after picking up the parts. 2 1/2 hours later, he came back and installed the faucet in our laundry room. Thirty minutes later (at 5:00 p.m.) he said the faucet for the kitchen had been ordered and he would be back to install the faucet within 48 hours. The faucet was in Perris, only about an hour away. He asked me to pay the bill for that day by having me electronically sign the bill. I never saw the bill until the next day when it was e-mailed to me, at which point I realized that I had paid $611.00 for the faucet for the kitchen that had not been installed. Despite numerous phone calls to the company and their assurances that "someone would call me back", I have not received a phone call. I asked for a refund, and of course, that has fallen on deaf ears. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not using this company. I am looking into a Small Claims action at this point!!

Very honest, very professional!! Manny and Ozzy came out to service our HVAC system. They changed our filters and installed a new thermostat.

Had a damaged vent and they showed up promptly, allowing us to safely use the heater. Great company!

Dial One Sonshine came out on time and carefully installed a new hot water heater in my wife’s cousin’s mobile home. It was a bit more complicated than usual because not only was it a tight fit they had to remove a condensation pipe from the house’s heater before the tank could be installed. The install not only looks great, is up to current code, but works very good. No leaks. An overall GREAT job by both technicians.
