We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided, from beginning to end. Kekoa had us off to a great start, pricing out the right unit for us (we were wanting to qualify for the energy efficiency tax credits) and answering all of our questions. The installation was seamless, and was even moved earlier so we didn't have to wait out a whole week without air in the current heat wave. Oscar and Oswaldo were our installers, and they were diligent, friendly, and made sure everything was done properly. Alvin stopped in to check on the progress and answer any additional questions We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Team replaced 40 year old furnace.
- Moises was initial contact and was outstanding from the start: initial assessment, detailed options, fair pricing.
- Scheduling was also easy (definitely subject to season, so plan accordingly).
- Installers arrived on time 830am, finished by 3:30. They completed several tests and the unit works great. Very professional, they put out tarps along the house where they would be walking and working in the house, and cleaned up perfectly when they left.
- Overall, great personable service, professionally done. Moises was a great first contact as well.
- Will work with them again.

Moises with Real Time Bros came out for a same-day appointment to see if there was anything he could do to improve the performance of my 19 year old cooling unit. I was hosting an event at my house the following day, so timing was crucial. Moises was punctual, clearly communicated the options, and left me with a colder house. I will gladly return for future business.

I worked with Kekoa, Anthony, Tien and Sam. Kekoa did the consultation and he was super knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure I always had the best customer service and took care of me. He was responsive as this took as well over 3 months to do because we were waiting for solar installation first. But he was patient and always made sure I was updated. The installation guys got everything in within 2 days, super honest and nice to work with. They answered any questions I had during the process and they were an absolute team! Would highly recommend them :)

For over 3 years now, Moises and Daren have helped me through various mini splitter issues. Each time I have them out, they are extremely professional and very courteous. They always diagnose the problem efficiently while also providing the best and most cost effective ways of solving it. Can’t thank them enough. Will be using their services for years to come!

They were very professional & took my information ( in immediate need of ac repair) set appointment & hrs later called too cancel because they don't have a technician to service my area" I live in Cathedral City? I Would Not recommend" They should've of never set an appointment they couldn't make or not verified before making it . Left me in much worse situation then before I called them....

This company is fair and honest. Mario Barrera, the technician, was on time, courteous, friendly and did an awesome job.

TL;DR: I HIGHLY recommend them ! High quality service, super respectful workers, AND competitive pricing. 10 year warranty on the appliance AND labor (so basically if anything breaks working you're COVERED). Dealt with the complexity of my condo (a/c on roof, my building was dead center in the complex, and old wiring).

Experience from beginning to end was great, scheduled time for them to get a quote. Darren reached out before to let me know his ETA and showed up within the time frame. Gave me a quote with Andrew on the line stating they're going to fight for my business. I got price quotes from several other places and they were able to match them! We scheduled within a few days after they kept me updated and always called day of to let me know their ETA.

Total took about 3 days ish. The Alvin and the crew was super great, laid out blankets for the hall ways to not scratch anything, and super mindful when installing. I was working from home so they would close doors (or sneak in to use the breaker box in my room). Always cleaned the place like they were never there after they left (super appreciative of a crew thats super considerate)! My condenser was also on the roof as well which made things very difficult but they still got it to work !
