If you're having trouble with your furnace or air conditioner, I would highly recommend Patriot Energy. Ed Roche, the owner, is an honest and fair businessman. His price was by far the best, but that's not the only reason he was the preferred choice. He was also prompt and professional. He kept me updated about what was going on, so I always had an accurate time his team would be at my house. Ed also asked numerous questions to ensure I got the appropriate furnace and air conditioner for my home. Not to mention, he and his workers were very also neat. They put down tarps and cleaned up afterwards. If your furnace or air conditioner needs help, call Ed. You'll be glad you did!

I was referred to Ed's business by many of my coworkers. I hired Ed to come to my townhome to do our annual HVAC service. Ed was really friendly, walked me through everything he was doing, and gave me some good money saving tips (e.g., when to know my air filter really needs to be changed). I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing, which was unique among other technicians I've worked with in the past. They diagnosed it instantly, it's the frigerant high pressure problems. They relieved me with their sincere care and professional skills. Now, it works well. I called Mr. Ed Roche on a local recommendation since our HVAC would not turn on. I could not find anyone else who could come until next week, and temperatures have been in the 80-90s. He replied within 5 mins and came within 30mins. He was enthusiastic, personable, and an overall honest guy. He also really knows his stuff about ACs. He said he had been in the family business since he was 13, so I am sure he has. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the HVAC and fixed it promptly. I will definitely be calling him again the future though he says my unit should be working fine for 15 more years!

As we were heading for the long Memorial Day weekend and our Air conditioner stopped working, Ed at patriot energy responded within the same day and fixed the issues and now we can relax in a comfortable home climate.
