    I would give them NO STARS if possible. By far, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have dealt with. From their first visit to my property they seemed like a decent company. However, when they were scheduled do the repairs they were unprepared not to mention their are unpunctual. They made four appointments in total from which only the first time they were actually on time. When I called their office to see what was happening with the continuous cancellations, I was greeted by two different ladies who EXTREMELY unprofessional ( just by their customer support I wonder how they’re still doing business). When I told one of the customer support reps I wanted an explanation as to why they hadn’t made it to their scheduled appointments she started screaming at me. I told her I would call my insurance and she said she would cancel my scheduled appointment ( appointment which had already passed and the company never made it to property AT ALL). Very interestingly, another customer from about 4 weeks ago had a very similiar experince with this company. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH and I consider myself an easygoing person.

    Please, save yourself the headache and pick another company.

    - Professionalism

    - Punctuality

    - Good customer service ( WORST OF ALL)

    - Readiness (tech go to property with the necessary equipment which give them an opportunity to slack off and cancel appointments left and right without being mindful of what sacrifices the property owner is making)

    Fixed our AC! Technicians and office staff are friendly, professional, and highly skilled. I would gladly used this company in the future.

    Flexible scheduling and very fast service!

    Our only problem was that the company had someone else listed as the main point of contact for our account. Whenever we contacted them, they called our landlord back instead of calling us, despite us leaving our contact info. Once this was resolved, they contacted us quickly.

    Had the most unprofessional experience ever with their technician and office staff. This was for a home warranty claim and the tech told my wife the guest house was a "duplex" so not covered by our insurance (which it is) and said "I'm not gonna get paid so I'm not doing anything" - then he left before I could even show him my policy, which explicitly lists the guesthouse. Office staff were just as block-headed and unhelpful. Called my insurance company and got another vender. Terrible company.

    Dunn Rite did an excellent job installing both heating and air conditioning in my house and were very affordable. They have great customer service and are always there if there is a problem. The installers that came out were very nice and very accomodating and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

    Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Look at the other reviews! Ladies that answer the phones are beyond rude and unaccomadating!! You'd have a better time getting a root canal than trying to schedule an appointment with these buffoons. These ladies need more than a class on customer service. They should just throw in the towel and go work at the DMV! Pass....find another company. They are a dime a dozen. Surprised this company is even in business.

    HORRIBLE!!! Doug and assistants came out and installed a new system. They cursed the entire time in front of my children, damaged banister and walls, and threw my daughters princess scooter across the yard! We complained to hw company who referred them, but let it go. Fast forward to today and the horrible attitudes demonstrated shotty work! Coolant pipe completely crimped, relief pipe NOT CONNECTED! My daughters bedroom ceiling and walls are water damaged! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

    3 service calls and Techs left unit with so much damage the unit has to be replaced which will cost be $10,000. The customer service rep was rude and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My home warranty company booked them for my repair and it seems other people have had this problem. They don’t care about customer service!

    THIS COMPANY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT WITH ME TODAY, JULY 23, 2018, LAST MINUTE, KNOWING THAT I HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING, AN ELDERLY PERSON, CHILDREN, and SMALL ANIMALS! The daughter of the owner answers the calls and she became frustrated when I asked who the manager of the company is. I was just trying to see if perhaps the manager could squeeze me in somewhere in the schedule because of my situation. She told me she would hang up on me because she wasn’t going to give me the manager’s name which is what she did......she hung up on me. The owner, who is the mother of the girl who hung up on me then called me and screamed at me about my complaint and then told me, “how about I cancel your appointment altogether, how about that?” “ I don’t have to do business with you.” Then, she finished screaming at me, cancelled my appointment and sent me a text to confirm that the appointment was indeed cancelled. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

    They are very honest, they are great at diagnosing a problem and clean up after their work. I will use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend using them.
