Dial One came out for an annual tune up. Andy, the technician did an excellent and thorough job checking our furnance and a/c unit. We replaced each May, 2018. Andy found that some of our parts were not performing to their optimal ability. He showed me the parts. He had a reader showing the readings and what they should read. I ended up replacing them. Not what I expected, but if this summer is any indication of last year's heat, my A/C is ready to pump out with the cool air without any worries.

John from Dial One was friendly and very thorough when he came to service our AC unit. He spent a lot of time going over the equipment and explaining things to me. Manny was equally friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dial One!!

Had a great experience with DialOne. John (JR) came over to inspect my AC and he showed me that i had a leak in my system as my refrigerant was low. He informed me of my options and hopefully our decision will get me through the next few summers. JR also checked my water heater and noticed it was leaking. So rather than wait till my water heater was completely leaking, i decided to have it replaced. The next day Matt and Jay came over and installed my new water heater. They were very professional and answered any question i had. I had been using Dial One for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences.

Professional, but watch out for their prices! You must get a quote first! Dial One sent their repairman, Luis, to flush out my water heater.

I had a $38 coupon for a simple flush. Of course, Luis noticed that my anode rod needed to be replaced. He's professional and quick too. The water heater flush finished on a out 15 minutes. The replacement of the rod, another 15minutes max. Then he told me the cost.

Total bill:$320!

I was not pleased at all with the prices, especially since the rod can be purchased at Home Depot for ~$30.

I will take responsibility, since I did not ask for a quote before having the anode rod replaced. Especially since it took 15 minutes to complete, I did NOT expect a $280 charge to replace the rod.

So, think carefully and ask the right questions. Or you too can get a $280 charge to replace a $30 rod in 15 minutes.

We contacted this company this week regarding our water heater, they had someone available that day and sent out Quentin, who was very helpful, and did the inspection and gave us several options. Once we made a decision, he contacted the office and they had service techs available that afternoon. Mauricio and his other techs were there to do the installation, they were friendly and provided great customer service.

Great professionalism!!! Called for diagnostic on unit. Was able to accommodate same day service for reasonable expense. Technician was super knowledgeable, courteous, and provided stellar customer service. Definitely would recommend for your home or business.

After having a very unprofessional, horrible experience with Jose on the first AC service visit, Supervisor John came back out to properly reassess and redo the work with step by step explanations.
John did and made everything right, gaining my trust and confidence back towards Dial One. Really appreciate John for all that he did to undo the damage. Thank you John!

John aka J.R. is the best! I regularly request that he be the one to help me. He is efficient and honest. I get my brother on the phone, and John will go over everything with him since it's all Greek to me. He patiently shows me exactly everything he is doing and reviews the pros and cons for repairs, etc. He leaves it up to me (really, my brother) to decide what direction I will go. No pressure ... ever! I signed up for regular maintenance because of John. Give the man a raise!

We highly recommend them! They were professional and documented everything they found. The technician presented options and didn’t try to convince us to do anything that was more expensive than what was required. He also did some extra cleanup work that was outside the scope of the job.

Cesar was very professional and very helpful. He explained my issues and showed me other issues I didn't think I have. I am going to have to call them again down the road and have them take care of the other issues when ready. Highly recommended.
