I am very pleased with the service from Dial One Sonshine.

VERY RESPONSIVE. They dispatched a certified plumber as a project manager to detect the source of the leak with various technology (thermal, sound and cameras) - and then gave me options to repair the leak. Rick arrived as promised, promptly at 7:00am on a Monday morning and remained on-site until late morning working with me and my insurance company.

Rick and DialOne identified a team to re-pipe my home the next day, and the 2nd day drywall repair. Within 3-4 days of the water damage, the plumbing issue was 100% handled.

QUALITY WORK. The plumbers and drywall teams did outstanding work -- paying attention to details, while also keeping the house and work areas as clean as possible. They took all precautions to install dropcloths and plastic sheets before work began every day, and then removed at end of day and vacuumed/wiped up construction mess.

Truly impressed with the high quality work and responsiveness of the DialOne team assigned to my job. I would not hesitate to call DialOne again, and certainly ask for Rick P to be on the job.

Dial One has always been my go to place for HVAC services !! Today's call was to check out high pitch whistle noise when calling for heat...tech Chai was great !! Arrived super on time, checked and made sure all was in spec, and spent time explaining...super impressed with Chai and all the team at Dial One :)

We were very happy with Dial One's services. The customer service team was immaculate and after the heating system was installed we were having problems turning it on and getting it to work. Their representative Chai came out multiple times, figured out the issues and helped teach how to use the new thermostat. We are very grateful to Chai and the whole team during this cold holiday season.

Oscar and Manny were very professional in the services that they performed. They did a comprehensive assessment, were very polite and conscientious.

David Galindo was excellent. He checked our furnace and A/C. He took pictures of the units, explained each one, and told us what could be done, and suggested a second a second opinion if it might help us make a decision.

David has now come to the house twice and is very professional and pleasant. I had had some problems with previous technicians and was wary about someone else coming out.

Best company to call for your HVAC needs. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. If you are in need of HVAC service give them a call.

The tech was very personable and explained the issue well. This company has made excellent moves forward. Glad to give them high marks.

Matt came out after ducts were installed because heater wouldn’t turn on. He did some trouble shooting and got the heater running. Great guy, very personable and friendly. Hopefully won’t need service for a while but will definitely be requesting him. Thank you so much.. The whole team of guys that were out today were pretty great. Thank you Dial One
