2 years ago we had a new furnace installed by a different company and it made a horrible screeching noise every time it came on. The original company was never able to fix it. We contacted Dial One to get a different opinion of the problem and JR was magnificent. He was able to figure out that the gas pressure was what was causing the problem and finally resolved our issue!! JR was able to figure out what no one else could. Thank you so much JR and Dial One
