Dial One Sonshine is THE BEST plumbing and HVAC company I have ever had!! They
always answer their phones, are polite and eager to please. They schedule the appt. time quickly, call when they are on their way, and show up on time. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and are quick to diagnose the problem and are able to fix it AFTER they give you a cost of the repair. If there is a bigger problem, they schedule e a “SENIOR plumber or HVAC” technician to come and assess/confirm the problem.
They have automatic warranties for work completed. They also offer discounts for repeat business.
Dial One is now my “go to” company for all of my services and repairs.

Matt and Chris just replaced the ductwork in my mother’s home. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job! They explained each step of the process and answered all of my detailed questions. They even allowed me to go into the attic to take before and after photos. We finally have efficient airflow and my 85 year old mother is warm and happy.

Maintenance service was performed adequately. Service technician recomended installing of a "compressor saver kit" to the air conditioner compressor. The cost for the kit was about $500. He said the kit consisted of a capacitor and a relay. $500 for a capacitor and a relay is very exorbitant. I asked him questions about the operation of the components of the kit, and he was not able to give me a coherent explanation. I have to conclude that this is a rip-off. Why wasn't the compressor built to include this from the beginning?

We have this overwhelming smell coming from our vents. They came out and inspected our 1 year old system saying it had mold that required cleaning and a new bulb for the air scrubber. This cost us nearly 3000 dollars. After the cleaning we still had the smell. We contacted the president of the company so he could address the issue and he promised it would be resolved and that he would come visit. Its been over a month. No call, no appointment. The guys who did the installation did great, the warrenty sucks. Were 20000 dollars invested and our home stinks. Find another company to invest your HVAC needs into.

I inherited the company after they took over air west. They called to make apointments but it was not the service we had. They did not remind you or tell you when to replace filters and instead just said this is really dirty. They did not clean the outside of the water heater after saying it was old and should be replaced.
