I received a phone call from customer service letting me know someone would be at my house 25-45mins. Ozzy the DialOne tech was on time. He was courteous and efficient. He worked fast, took pics to show me and reviewed his work with me when he was done..I recommend this company to anyone needed their system maintenance or work done. Thanks!

Called about a periodic rumbling in my water heater that they had installed 9 months earlier. DialOne Sonshine representative, Quinton M., did not try to troubleshoot with the manufacturer and instead did a water pressure and water quality check and tried to upsell us on $18,000 worth of work. He said our water pressure was only 40 psi (should be 60-70), that we had high levels of chlorine, and a water leak. Tried to upsell us $18,000 of work to install a water pressure regulator valve, water filtration system, and repipe our entire house. This even though we had not noticed any problem with our water pressure, increases in our water bill, or poor water taste. Luckily, we did not fall for it. I called another plumber who came just an hour later and they checked and our water pressure was fine, there was no leak. (Though this new plumber honest and said not sure what was causing the water heater rumbling and to call the manufacturer.) I bought a home water testing kit and our chlorine level tested at zero. Three other plumbers visited our home over the next few days and while they could not figure out the rumbling with the water heater, they were all 100% the issue was not our water pressure and that we had no water leaks. This is not the first time, unfortunately, that DialOne Sonshine workers have tried to upsell us on thousands of dollars of unneeded work. I have a regular maintenance contact with them for both HVAC and plumbing, it appears it is time to fire them as they are not consistently honest. (BTW when I called the manufacturer of the water heater myself, the issue was that the natural gas pressure going into the tank was too high. Nothing to do with water pressure or leaks.)

Great team and very professional and efficient. They walked me through the whole process of why I need a new unit and did a through inspection. Very personable team members and very helpful with the loan process. John and juan were absolutely outstanding with very detail oriented information. Went over every step of my water heater and how to set on vacay mode .

Quinton came out to do a maintenance on our water heater. He went through the house checking all of our plumbing before hand looking at water pressure, temerature, clogged drains, etc. Then he performed a water heater flush and removed the anode rod to check for corrosion and calcium buildup. He thoroughly and clearly explained step by step his procedures and findings. He also suggested several solutions without it feeling like I was being rushed into any purchases. Very knowledgable and friendly.

I was contacted by Dial One Soneshine because I had use their service for air conditioner repair. They offered a free, hot water heater flushing. Quinton was here explained what he was doing. Tested all of the valves in the kitchen and bathrooms. He flush the hot water tank and tested the water before he left.

Quentin was an outstanding plumber and because of his service I will use DialOne again and recommend to others. He was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, careful and clean. He did an outstanding job - thanks Quentin, you’re a gem!

Andy came out as a representative of Dial One Sonshine. He did a careful inspection of our system and made some recommendations. All in all he was polite, respectful of property and generally knowledgeable about HVAC.
