We worked with IRBIS HVAC when we had issues with our heater. They were very responsive and great to work with. Pedro and the crew were extremely professional and helpful in explaining the process to us.

My furnace stopped working, I called three vendors. Ray came and evaluated the furnace and recommended a Carrier brand replacement at a reasonable price. Irbis was communicative throughout the process, they assigned a project manager. The crew Josh and Eddie came on the specified date and completed the work. They were experienced and expertly installed the furnace, wiring and ductwork. They tested the equipment and cleaned up the place. Highly recommend them if you want a Carrier authorized dealer installation.

They are professional and responsive. They have now installed two systems in our house-we’re very happy with both.

This is second time I used IRBIS, the first time was for my house and I previously had multiple people come trouble shoot and couldn’t fix it. IRBIS fix it and while it wasn’t cheap, at least they fix it when no one else could. 2nd time I used them was for replacing an old furnace at my rental property and they did a great job and covered the carpet area to keep things clean. The install looks neat and better than the Furance at my house!

Their tech was very professional. Explain the options and stated the heating unit I have is a good unit that it is worth repairing.

Quickly diagnosed a long time AC issue - which meant a need to completely AC. But that necessitated a new furnace (AC and furnace 20 years old so no reuse possible) and complete new HVAC. Several possible choices - went with planet- saving heat pump. All installed and cleaned up in 1.5 days. Josh and Eddie were easy to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. High marks all around. I had used IRBIS two years ago to install central filter for air cleaning. They did a great job then and follow up us also excellent. So IRBIS is our go-to for everything now.

I had a great experience with IRBIS. Their technician Branden Quijas did a great job. He was very professional and took his time doing service on our air conditioner and heating system. I will use this company again for sure.

I was having trouble with my Heater. I contacted IBRIS HVAC and they responded in a time manner. The crew came out the following day and DID A GREAT JOB! If you're in the market to have some HVAC work done at home I would 10/10 recommend them!

William did a great job, located the issue and fixed it promptly. This is a great company and very professional.

In June they installed a full two zone brand new system on the rooftop. It has functioned very well. This was a warranty call that they took care of very well.

We were looking into adding A/C to our gas furnace. Ended up replacing the furnace with a hybrid system. Loved the process from start to finish. From pre-sales to permitting, every process was a smooth sailing. System and cost analysis, offer, installation, financing, and permit application; each was done customer friendly, professionally, and supported by a strong back-office.
