Wow! Just an Outstanding Job! IRBIS installed a variable speed heat pump for us and I can’t express how impressed I am with the outcome of my project. From the initial no pressure consultation, to the expertise, knowledge, advice, and system options provided by Raymond, to the end results of the install provided by the IRBIS Team! I submitted a request for quotes yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Steven arrived, diagnosed the problem (a broken igniter) and fixed it, all within an hour. He was professional and friendly and wore a mask. I'm very pleased with the repair and very happy to have heat again!

Alonso was great technician and honest one. He clearly told me I do not need a filter replacement as it was pretty recently updated. Overall it was a satisfactory visit. I was hoping he would make it on time within the window provided but it is fine as they were able to accommodate my reschedule as well

The guys, Hugo and Jose, were great to work with. They explained the project and answered all my questions. They were on time for their appointment. They did a great job with their installation and they cleaned up nicely at the end.

William Vazquez was the repair man sent by Irbis when our Carrier furnace system stopped putting out heat. He determined the mother board was the problem and also noted the fan motor was going to wear out pretty soon. He ordered the parts which were still just within the warranty, and came back and installed the new parts. Subsequently, after his repair the fan behind the motor began to make a noise after the system had been on about 30 to 45 minutes. He correctly fixed this and we have been warm ever since. I can not state how much we are thankful for Irbis and William. They were great, easy to deal with, very professional and stood by their work.

We had another problem with our furnace. Our furnace was fine but it had shunt down because it was overheating in-spite of all the vents being open. The problem was blockage of the ducts due to their sucking up dirt in the crawl space. Our filter had become very dirty in just 3 months, Anyway the ducts are full of rat holes and some of them are asbestos and he recommended we get them replaced and not getting them cleaned. His assistant went into the crawl space and took photographs of the ducts. It will be expensive but William arranged for interest free financing as long as the loan is paid off in a year. Anyway the fix although painful should prevent the furnace from turning itself off in the future. I would recommend Irbis highly for their no nonsense professional recommendation.

I initially had another company come check out my HVAC system and said it was dead and all needed to be replaced. I called IRBIS for a second opinion because the initial diagnosis did not feel right.

Kenny from IRBIS came to check out the system and found it was repairable. He was thorough in checking both the blower and compressor and found the blower was repairable and the compressor was still functioning with the connection at the fuse box being the reason for it not running. Afterwards there was a summary of the diagnosis complete with pictures. There were multiple options for repairs to select from. Kenny was super friendly and professional and I would easily recommend him for any HVAC repair needs.
