Excellent service. They responded quickly as my heating system was out. He was able to quickly review where the problem was, showing me what was wrong. Repair was done in no time. Definitely recommend.

Doing business with IRBIS HVAC has been a pleasure. The staff is 100% customer oriented and working with Raymond Porras to order our air conditioning unit and new furnace this past summer was so easy and efficient. Raymond is super customer service oriented.
We recently had an issue with two filters in the house and IRBIS sent Steven Leza over to check the problem and fix it. Steven was very nice and efficient. He fixed the minor problem and explained everything to us and also showed us how the filters are secured by clips. We were very happy he was assigned to come to our house. If we ever need tech services again, we will request that Steven be assigned.
All our experiences working with IRBIS HVAC have been positive.

March, 2023. Just did business with IRBIS again. Another great experience. High quality work and customer service still at the top level. Working with Raymond, Derek and the installers, Jonathan Camargo and his partner was comforting and a pleasure.
Jonathan handled the installation as if it was his own home. He made very good decisions so that the installation complimented the house as well as the function of the furnace and the air conditioning units. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for good customer service and high level installation results.

Good initial communication, hassle free appointment setup and on-time arrival. Professional and courteous interaction on phone and with service technician. Service technician did basic checks. Did not clean furnace or AC unit, did not clean drain lines or inspect ducts when it was listed as part of the one-time full maintenance service. I happened to check this as the service technician was departing and I mentioned that to him. He offered to do it when I mentioned it, but I had to head out so declined that offer.

Excellent work by Sergei and Oscar at Irbis. Work was done efficiently, timely, and cleanly, with excellent communication to us. Highly recommended for heat pump installations, both water heater and heating/cooling our home.

I was in need of furnace repair and gave them a call. Crystal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what options I had available to me. Getting an appointment was very easy. My husband was actually able to resolve the issue, so I did not need services performed. But if ever needed in the future, I would definitely give IRBIS a call.

Alonzo was efficient, professional, competent, and friendly. I have a very old heater that has deteriorated beyond repair and he was direct, careful and thorough in his work. He made sure to turn the gas off to the unit and moved furniture to get access to the crawl space so he could inspect the furnace. Took pictures of the unit and will arrange a meeting with my landlord to discuss options. Overall this was a great experience!

I contacted IRBIS to repair my HVAC that was turning on/off. Moises and Alonso were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they took the time to explain the problem to me in ways that I could understand.

I’ve used IRBIS before to repair my AC unit. This time my gas furnace wasn’t working properly. But of course, as soon as Steven showed up to inspect the furnace, it was working properly. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Thankfully Steven said if the issue comes up again this winter, they won’t charge the diagnostic fee. Steven was very communicative during his visit and answered all my questions. I’m glad they were able to fit me in the same day.

Alonso showed up on time. Did a complete review of my 2 heating systems and discussed the results in terms that were understandable.
He was professional and did excellent work on the new thermostat install.
I was pleased with all aspects of the service call.

We hired Irbis for electric HVAC, additional zone, and water heater install. Ray paid a visit and explained to use what's needed and what they offer. Both he and Derek (project manager) were very responsive and accommodating. The install crew was on time and did a great job (including cleanliness of the work area). Really glad we hired Irbis!
