Our old heater stopped working, so I found them on yelp. They set up an appointment quickly and one of their technicians, Moises, came on time. He is very professional and fixed the problem. His service was way beyond our expectations.
I got the impression that the company treats employees well, so they have professional and high quality technicians like Moises.
We'll definitely call them again when we need more services.

Alonso came by and did maintenance on the HVAC unit. He also did some additional diagnostic work when I explained I had some issues. He explained everything very clearly and was able to address the issue.

Branden did a great job of service. He called ahead to let me know when he was arriving and then when he arrived he did all work needed including taking pictures of everything. He was courteous and even swapped out the air filter for me. Would highly recommend them.

Hugo and Jose, the technicians who installed a new furnace in our attic, were on time, courteous, professional, friendly, and patient. At first the designated furnace turned out to be too big to fit through the opening up to our attic. They did not leave us, but waited for over 2 hours for a replacement furnace of the right size to be delivered to our house. They then did their job right and good.
Three days later, we smelled gas in our laundry room where the opening to the attice is. Hugo and Ivan came within the hour. They did a thorough check of the furnace and found no leakage. They were kind enough to check our water heater tank in the laundry room and found a suspected leakage along the exhaust pipe. Ivan sealed the suspected spot with sealing tape. We will see if the gas problem is fixed in the next few days.
But regardless of the outcome, we are impressed and grateful for the technicians' prompt service and helpful attitude.

I recently had Alonso from IRBIS come to my house to perform a HVAC tune-up, and I was very satisfied with the service he provided. He arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He thoroughly inspected my HVAC system, cleaned it, and made sure everything was working properly. He also took the time to explain the different components of the system and answer any questions I had. Overall, I was impressed with Alonso's expertise and dedication to providing top-notch service. William Vazquez was excellent in every sense. He was specific and understandable. I feel confident in working with him going forward.

My furnace would not turn on. William from IRBIS inspected and gave recommendations. The estimate was very reasonable. I decided to have the furnace replaced. As scheduled two technicians, Jonathan and Edwardo came on time. Both of them know what they are doing, are very efficient, respectful, answered all my questions nicely. I would definitely recommend IRBIS for HVAC service, duct cleaning.

I would highly recommend Irbis. After a couple of communication errors with the office, Tim (manager) stepped in and made everything right. The tech William is fantastic. There where a couple issues with the install of the new gas valve in my Carrier furnace, but William would not give up. He stuck with it and removed and reinstalled the gas valve 3 times to make sure it was perfect. He made several calls to other service techs to just make sure everything was perfect. Not because he was not knowledgeable, which he extremely is, but because he was demanding perfection. Being a business owner myself, employees like William are what we all strive to have. Thank you Irbis and thank you William for commitment to excellence.

William did a great job! He arrived in a timely manner and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to fix our ac. He also provided video tape of the procedure so I could better understand the work.

I'm giving this company 4.5 stars
not 5 olny because, I noticed a lack of communication within the company to their employees.
I also believe they should have come out and explained what they were going to do and what the job entailed before the day of the job.
But all in all, at the end I was so impressed, with the excellent work done by their knowledgeable,dedicated, professional, polite and extremely hard-working technicians

And last but not least to Derek, for hiring Chino the handyman to come repair the wall where the old wall heater used to be.
I could not be happier with my fabulous new Mini Split unit.
