William Vazquez did a very good job. He called to ensure that the thermostat was compatible with our system and installed it within the time window provided. He tested the thermostat for proper functionality and advised us on the choice of proper furnace filter and even installed one. I commend William for his timely and excellent quality of work.

IRBIS was great! They were quick to schedule me an appointment (same day!). The technician Steven was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was patient in explaining the issue. He also looked at additional issues we had while he was around. Already have a follow up planned, and will use them again for future issues!

The technician arrived on time Mr. Cox very professional and immediately started to diagnose our wall heater issues. At the end he was able to address our concerns and provide options for repairs. Will recommend this company to ours!

After comparing lots of quotes I chose IRBIS based on their overall competitiveness. Vadim and his team did a superb job for installing a 2-stage dual fuel heat pump system and all the duct work which replace my 30 year old furnace. The installation process was very professional and their are very careful with details. They are very responsive, prompt in the whole process. They also did a great job in bringing the noise down. It is much much much better now!

Our relatively new heater broke just when the weather started to get cold. I called Irbis after a neighbor recommended it. William came, performed diagnostics and fixed everything. Throughout the process, he was professional and explained everything (including the estimates)thoroughly, answered all the (basic) questions that I have. He even helped me moving some junk that piled up in front of the heater (in the garage). He recommended some additional services but wasn’t pushy, I appreciate that.

Great service overall. I was impressed with the time overturn from the inspection of the heater to getting the job done. Pedro was extremely kind and cautious (esp. Since my 2 year old was around).

Irbis installed a heat pump and a hybrid water heater. We are very impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

It's great that they are responsive, deliver on time. I was disappointed that their invoice does not break out parts and labor. I guess I can consider myself lucky that my issue could be resolved in one visit. And yet having figured out the cost of parts I believe I was overcharged for the service. I guess I got lazy, decided to skip negotiating. The result is, 1 hour of technicians time cost me $350, and the company only warranties work for 30 days? That does not look like a great value ..
