Was having some issues with my heater recently, called up IRBIS HVAC Inc and told them the situation, they were quick to send a crew over to help out. Pedro I believe was his name, was very helpful. He let me know what the problem was and how they were gonna fix it. They did a great job! Highly recommend IRBIS HVAC Inc!

I found out about IRBIS through Yelp after deciding to replace our old furnace and air ducts. I am very impressed with how they professionally sweat through the little details and how they deal with larger ones that arose.

From respectfully donning masks and shoe covers, I could sense a respect for the customer. I love how they intelligently used technology eg. by sending a smiling photo of the very technician about to arrive for the day.

When a miscommunication arose (they unknowingly texted to my landline), they apologized and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. When I had a quirky request to keep the furnace fan speed low, they did not say it couldn't be done but instead listened and problem-solved.

The technicians were hardworking and to this layperson's eyes, very competent. They left our basement cleaner than before! I enjoyed hearing how they have friendly internal contests to be the best installation team of the month, showing a spirit of always trying to improve.

No service provider is perfect but I wished more of them could be like IRBIS

We decided to select IRBIS to provide and install our new furnace. They presented the information I needed to make a decision on which furnace very well. The installation team of Oscar and Ivan were punctual and very professional. The installation was clean and made sure it was up to current code. Oscar was very informative and made sure all my questions were answered and our needs met.

During a hot party, the guests smashed the thermostat in my apartments. I have already said goodbye to my deposit... but the employee of Irbis fixed everything. He was able to find exactly the same model of thermostat, although it was no longer on sale and other companies offered more expensive options. Fantastic!

I just want to say the service here is amazing. Krystal was super professional and very helpful. She help me with all my questions even got me on a good time before the holidays. I will always give her a call for all my help and questions.
