Our AC went out, I had another company come just to continuously misdiagnose the issue. I got fed up and called IRBIS, their tech Kenny diagnosed the issue in Half and hour and had it fixed within and hour, great job!

Alonso came out on time and was very professional, courteous, and pleasant in communication. I liked his service very much and I am giving him highest professional marks possible.

William was polite and efficient. He explained all repairs in straightforward terms, easy to understand. They back up all estimate and repairs with photos of the work done. Very quick service.

We used Irbis for replacing our old furnace with a new one. Raymond was very professional with his communication and answered all my queries. Their estimate was reasonable. They were able to setup a date quickly to replace the old one since we were having issues with our old furnace. The technicians who did the job were very professional and polite too. I want to start out by saying thank you to Irbis and everyone who was involved in the install. Raymond looked at my system and informed me that my system was under sized and my ducts were leaking, and that was the reason for my comfort air problems. He got the right size equipment for the house to be installed and replacing my ducting. During the install manger Oscar came to check on the progress and quality of the job. The install crew was great, very polite and professional, they protected my flooring and cleaned up after themselves making sure to not leave finger smudges. I would recommend this company, great experience .

Steven came by and helped our family get to the bottom of a leaking issue we thought was related to the HVAC system. He diagnosed where the water was coming from and helped set us on the right path to getting it fixed. I plan to share IRBIS information with my neighbors and HOA. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Great professionals with a genuine interest in helping their clients.
