I was in a bind, because my heater went out about two weeks ago. I check the reviews and found this company to have amazing reviews. I felt very skeptical, but thought I would give them a call anyways. Now I know why they have amazing reviews. They were very communicative, on time and knowledgeable. When they came out, they showed me a very great detail. What was the problem and offered me mini repair options. They were not aggressive in their sales tactics. Instead of repairing a 25-year-old system I asked him to give me an estimate of what it would be to replace the furnace. Again they offered me many more options. I chose what I felt was best for my budget and use. They came out two days later and installed a new system, including repairing a new duct. The communication was amazing on when a repair person will be over and while doing the repairs what they have completed. Overall, the level of communication and options I was given was above and beyond.

William was our tech. He did a phenomenal job for us. Our AC wasn’t cooling enough and in these hot summer days, we were in need of quick help. William responded right away, diagnosed our issue, figured out our estimate promptly, and was able to complete our repairs the very next day. We are definitely happy with the service!

Our AC was blowing warm air intermittently, and I tried everything to fix it myself — changing air filters, cleaning the compressor radiator, etc. I finally called IRBIS and I’m glad I did! I wish I called them sooner. Not only was Joy in the dispatch office super responsive and communicative, our tech Alonso was clearly an expert technician and fixed our problem quickly with thorough diagnosis, excellent explanations, and a cheerful, friendly attitude. I called for a same day appointment and IRBIS was able to schedule a slot immediately. I received a text with Alonso’s information and arrival time, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He listened carefully to our problem, and wasted no time getting down to the root cause. He explained everything he was doing and even found some other issues we were not aware of (complete with video and photos of the issues). Alonso gave several options for fixing the problems, ranging in price, and I felt no pressure or scare tactics from him at any time to go with the expensive ones. What a breath of fresh air!

I highly recommend Alonso and IRBIS and definitely will call them again should the need arise.

IRBIS is highly recommended if you are looking for a prompt service at a relatively competitive price. Everything was smooth from answering my first call until the installation. I called on Thursday afternoon for AC installation, Raymond showed up on Friday for assessment, and technicians came over on Monday morning and finished the job by end of the day.
Raymond is a professional gentleman who helped me find the best option and explained all the details.
Forgot to say: they have multiple zero-interest financing options!

We had two complete systems ( heat pumps and condensers ) installed for our home. The IRBIS team was a pleasure to work with. Sonny explained the entire system options and followed through with Daniel's Installation team. The removal of the old systems and the installing the new went perfectly. The crew was great and the installation was clean and professional. Thank you for the quality experience.

Had my AC fail. It was a 23 year old unit and it wasn’t unexpected. IRBIS (Raymond) was able to get me options the next day and I ended up replacing both the AC and the furnace with a heat pump. Fantastic service by the install crew (Daniel and Melvin). They made a lifelong customer after this.

I installed new HVAC at my house earlier this year. I had asked for several quotes from different Bay Area HVAC installers given it was a sizable, $15k+ job (new vents, new AC, switch from furnace to heat pump).
In the end, we selected the IRBIS team due to their clear communication, fair prices, and positive recommendations from friends.
The team was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different options, and were able to complete the job in a week (with an additional week to schedule inspections).
While there were a couple miscues (the new unit arrived damaged, so they had to delay the install by a week, and some initial issues with the zoning functionality) the team from the office admin to the sales rep to project manager to the installers and touch-up crews were all kind, straightforward, rectified issues at no additional cost, and got the job done.

I would work with IRBIS again.

Kenneth was very professional, thorough and kept me informed at every stage of diagnosis and repair. Offered multiple options for repair tiered to price and services. Felt very informed about my options. He then repaired the problem quickly. Very good experience, will definitely use them again.

Our standard water heater broke and we had no hot water. It was an emergency situation, and I called IRBIS and they came out on a Saturday to diagnose the situation. I ended up deciding to switch to a heat pump water heater to save $$. Unlike other quotes I received, Raymond from IRBIS was quick, efficient and also gave me a sense of peace of mind, that IRBIS would handle the entire process on our behalf, including filing for the permit, handling all of the city rebates, and more. Oscar and Sergey showed up on time for the installation, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication, friendly and professional, and they got the job done efficiently, and then explained what they had done and how the new water heater worked. I was extremely impressed with IRBIS from start to finish, and would highly recommend them! I also recommend getting a heat pump water heater, because there are amazing rebates through Peninsula Clean Energy and BayREN, plus an awesome 0% 10-year loan through PG&E.
