Good experience with IRBIS from pre sale and installation to replace the old carrier HVAC system with new furnace and AC. The quote is reasonable and transparent, not trying to include a big add up and negotiate down. I respect this a lot, personally it is a big warning if a company gave a big price tag to negotiate with homeowners. One important reminder is to do your homework on part numbers quoted there are many different Furnaces and ACs at different brand, price, quality and efficiency level. Would recommend performance series (2 stages) versus comfort series (single stage) unless you are able to get a big price difference/saving. Installation arrangement is flexible, very responsive, thanks IRBIS support team. Installation took one full day to complete, that is a saving to avoid the second day. During installation you may ask questions to learn how system wired and works that will help future maintenance , highly recommend asking more questions as long as not annoying. The work is clean and professional, after installation walkthrough is very helpful. Thanks Oscar and his work colleague, and Sonny , Derek. Will wait for using new AC and furnace, may come back with review update how system perform in a year and so.

Because our gas bills were astronomical, my husband and I wanted to move to electric heating/air conditioning. We contacted IRBIS, and received a quick response. They guided (actually hand-held) us through all the discussion of the many rebates you are entitled to for getting off gas. DANIEL, the beast, was our primary technician and there are no words to describe how wonderful of service he gave. DANIEL got rid of our gas furnace, installed the heat pump, practically made a home in our crawl space doing all the necessary work, add another electrical line, focused on getting us parts that would be more energy efficient, and worked through one of those rain/wind storms that have been devastating many in California. He was on time every day. He answered every question we had. He never complained although he was working on problems that existed because our house was built in the 30s. He was kind, respectful, and inexplicably patient. In addition to focusing on the necessary installations, he also ensured the unit was bolted down to ensure reliability through earth quakes, prioritized safety by securing valves, and gave me walk through so at the end so I understood everything I needed to know about the work he did. DANIEL is a miracle worker!

We had a problem that turned out to be a plumbing issue with our hot water pipe. Steven was extremely helpful and also helped us fix the safety latch on our furnace. Very easy to work with and am pleased with the experience

The technician, Johnny, sent me a text prior to his arrival. He arrived within the scheduled window. Performed routine AC maintenance. He was courteous, professional and skilled. He knew what he was doing, and did it with confidence. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

We had our heater break down on us on a Friday morning in the middle of Winter. After quick look up on Carrier website, we found about IRBIS and contacted them. They were able to dispatch a technician same day, where everyone else was giving us appointments for following week.

William came to our place, spent a good 30 mins inspecting the Furnace taking photos. He explained the issue in detail to us telling about the two parts that needed replacement and gave us two options to fix it at different price points with his suggestions. Our parts were in warranty so we went ahead with the servicing and IRBIS was able to get the parts within a business day and schedule a follow up on following Tuesday.

William came back on time with another technician and they completed the entire work in couple of hours, cleaning up everything behind them and again taking photos to explain the work and give tips for maintenance of parts and things to look out for. William was very professional, patiently explaining everything and giving his inputs when asked. I would surely recommend IRBIS for any Heating or cooling issues.

Tim was very helpful and Raymond was a great support. He helped me with any question I had. The support was great. Thomas was great and Oscar and Sergi were very focused on getting the job done. They were very considerate to me and my home. Oscar told me at anytime I could ask questions. And he walked me through how to use the units and walked me through the user's manual as,well.
It was a great overall experience.

I had a good experience with IRBIS. We changed all the HVAC system, and all the work was completed within 2.5 days. From the very beginning to the permit inspection and after installation issue check, IRBIS is very quick at response and addressing issues. The customer service is very impressive for the company.

Outstanding group and service! We were starting from scratch - needed the heating unit, heat pump, duct work installed, air purifier. They were quick, efficient, professional, informative, considerate and just plain nice! Wonderful job by everyone we had contact with, especially Raymond, Jose and Hugo. AND told us about rebates that we were not even aware that we qualified for - such a bonus!

Technician quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat and provided pricing for replacement. The quote was $400 which included an upgraded thermostat that costs $100 and takes 15 minutes to install. Clearly I need to start doing this work because the profit margin is outstanding. I declined the repair as I can do the work myself but the diagnostic was good and done quickly.

We chose IRBIS as our vendor for a fully electric heat pump and AC. Jose and Alberto got the job done in 3 days. They are on time and very professional. They made sure all my questions were answered and were very mindful during installation about the amount of noise as we have a baby at home. They made me feel confident in chose IRBIS as our hvac provider. Would recommend Jose and Alberto for any hvac questions as they were knowledgeable.
