Our 34-year old furnace finally went out and we started the long process of finding the right HVAC company for our needs. We did a lot of research for our home and interviewed four different companies. We chose IRBIS, as they were the only company to include the new energy efficient heat pump option along with an upgrade to our electric grid to accommodate the electric needs for that. We felt that we paid the right price for the extensive work they did with replacing our furnace, getting new duct work, installing our heat pump, and getting a new smart thermostat. Our sales rep Raymond was knowledgeable and trustworthy with our questions and our project manager Derek communicated everything to us efficiently and quickly. The contractors worked hard and finished the job in four days. Very happy with IRBIS.

I would 💯 percent use this company again. I love how courteous, clean (brought booties for inside the house), professional and careful Steven L., the repair technician was. He checked the likely culprits of my Carrier Heat Pump and why it wasn’t heating up. It was a quick easy fix for him and he had the replacement part on his truck. I appreciate he comes with a fully loaded truck and he was in and out quickly. I thought the labor fee was reasonable too.

Totally recommend this company. I have rentals I manage and need professional, timely and skilled repair people. I’m keeping this company on speed dial for all my HVAC needs.

I just had my heat pump installed by IRBIS. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. They were quick to answer any questions and address concerns I had. Shoutout to a great job well done by Jose, Alberto, Edward and the entire crew to get the job done ahead of schedule working long hours. The installation completed in just 2 days. Very happy with their service and would recommend IRBIS to anyone who’s considering getting heat pump installation in the future.

From the start, IRBIS has been a great company to work with when looking to install an electric heat pump to replace our old furnace and AC units. Ray took the time to explain the differences in the options so we could make an informed choice. The technicians who worked in our home were kind and personable, and informed me along the way of the process. They cleaned up completely after the job, including hauling away our old units. When I had questions or concerns, IRBIS addressed them immediately. Great communication, and the heat pump system has worked amazingly during this colder than normal winter. I highly recommend IRBIS and would definitely hire them again.

My AC stopped working, so I reached out to them. They responded quickly, scheduled an appointment the same day, and Alonso came to my place on time. They even shared a link to track the arrival on the map, which was neat. Alonso was very courteous, diagnosed the problem immediately, and helped me get the AC back up and running in no time. In addition, he shared tips and ideas that I can pursue for further maintenance or upgrade of my AC down the line (since my AC is 15+ years old). Overall, great experience. I can't ask for more.

We have had the IRBIS team out several times, always professional and high quality. Recently we needed several ducts added and Oscar did an amazing job, terrific work and excellent communication. I felt like he cared more about the job and my own house more than I did.

IRBIS installed a new heat pump system in my house. They were extremely helpful in providing information about my options, their price was competitive, and their workmen were friendly, professional, on time, quick, and cleaned up very well afterwards. I also am comforted by their ten year "anything breaks" parts and labor warranty -- no other contractors came anywhere close to this. I would definitely recommend IRBIS.

Daniel Rodriguez, Crescencio Moreno, and Melvin did a great job with the duct and air return installation. They arrived on time and handled everything efficiently and professionally. Kenny also did a great job with replacing the condenser fan motor and fan blade and checking to make sure everything worked properly after the install.

I had actually had IRBIS out couple years ago to just do diag check on my HVAC. I was asking about maint plan and they were honest about when I should start that. Well, going into a weekend my system failed.... so texted them from website and they called me back (before anyone else) and scheduled appt Sat morning (next day). He even got here a little early, found within 10-15min the problem was failed capacitor which was still under warranty. Advised I add capacitor saver, which I did after doing some quick research online. The technician, Kenneth, finished it quickly, checked temp from registers. He explained everything well, took photos. I couldn't be happier really.... and I appreciate that they use technology to communicate correctly, drive company vans, and wear uniforms. I would highly recommend them and will setup regular yearly maint with them now.

I'm actually going to start with their parts and labor warranty. It's 10 full years, vs. 3 I was quoted from another company. That's amazing. I had them replace my ancient AC and furnace with a heat pump. They were professional from start to finish. Very satisfied. Highly recommend IRBIS--and the price quote was fair and below the other firm.
