Noam and Sam’s did an amazing job on my home. They were professional and on time. Very respectful as I work from home to keep me comfortable, with all the work going on. Their team was able to complete the job in 3 short days with a beautiful clean up job. I am very happy with my HVAC especially with the impending summer.

Noam and his team cleaned up old insulation and installed new insulation into my attic, sanitized and performed rodent proofing for the whole house, removed asbestos ducts and vent boots and replaced with new ones. Noam came to provide the estimate, and was among 5 quotes I took for the job. There are always cheaper options but I'm glad I chose them because they did the job not in a rush and always do the right thing for my home. Noam was responsive and could be on site with his workers if I need him. He takes the time to explain everything, is very patient and helpful. His project manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and workers were professional and efficient. The attic after cleaning smelled good and the new insulation has made a huge difference. I would recommend All Bay to anyone and would like to use them again.

Noam and the All Bay team is who you want doing the HVAC work in your house. We had serious issues with our ducts. It had holes in it and there was asbestos exposed. There was asbestos in other places in the attic. Our insulation was down to nothing and our heating bill was through the roof. We got quotes from several places and although Noam wasn't the cheapest, he was the most well-versed in terms of HVAC work. Most other places sent their salesmen to give us quotes but Noam came and explained the whole process and why he charging a bit more. His team came on a Sunday to get the asbestos work done (he has his own asbestos license). They sealed the whole place up nicely and were super efficient. Then they came back the next day to wrap up the rest of the work. Then Noam sent another crew to clean up the furnace/AC and finish the rodent proofing. His crew did sheet rock where needed and even painted any patches.

This is the GREAT part - Noam explained the PG&E rebates process and itemized things we needed to do in order to get the rebates. He did all the paper work, then came in for the assessment and made sure we passed all the tests to get the rebates (see pics). In the end we got more insulation, less air leakage for the same price as the other quotes (because of the rebates).

I’m a project manager and I’ve been using all bay for the third time after having the to install ducts in jobs I’ve referred to clients of mine. Noam came out and estimate the job real quick with a competitive price quote. The installers are very professional and knowledgeable,
they use sealant and tested the leakage in my heating system to assure the installation was done right. They went above and beyond to cover all work areas and were done in no time.

We had really old heating, duct, insulation systems and no cooling, so we wanted to do everything as a whole package. As a big project, we want to do a thorough homework before settling on a contractor.

We considered these factors: price, rebate/inspection handling, quality (license/review), one stop service--we don't have to deal with multiple vendors. After interviewing almost 10 contractors, All Bay was the clear winner, and we are very happy about the result so far after enjoying it for almost 3 months.

1. Price: their price is for sure competitive. There will always be cheaper options, but Noam is reasonable, especially given they provide one stop solution with good quality products. I had a contractor with cheaper options on some services/second class products, but I also need to find insulation from other places.

2. Rebate/inspection: the process was smooth, and they were driving the process until finish, instead of me pushing them: peach of mind. They did things by the book so the city signed off. Also they made sure I got the max rebate possible, and managed the paperwork without me worrying about it.

3. Quality is the biggest concern, especially when it involved gas/electricity. They have dedicated technicians and communicated their approach clearly. Also the AC they chose was Carrier brand, the best option available, not other cheaper options.

4. One stop service: I am busy, and I want to have the job done in one stop in a smooth process. This is what happened, and I did not have to deal with different contractors and submit multiple rebates.

Also they are quick in response to your request, which I valued a lot. Just text or call Noam. For me All Bay was a no brainer choice for Insulation & HVAC, and I am happy with my decision.

I had the pleasure of working with Noam and his team from All Bay Insulation & Air Duct Cleaning – I first worked with them 8 months ago when I bought a new house, they gave an unbeatable quote for air duct cleaning. Noam and his team did such a great job, I asked him to come back and evaluate our attic space as our house gets hot during the heat waves. Noam's recommendation was that we install new batts insulation, a new radiant barrier to help keep out the heat, air seal, and install an attic fan to exhaust the hot air. They came in at 8:30am and had the job done by 2pm, same day! They were efficient, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves as well.

I attached some pictures of their work - after initial insulation removal and sanitation and more after the r-38 batts insulation was installed. The foil liner is the radiant barrier (to reflect the heat from the roof) and the orange foam is the air sealant they used to keep my attic and ceiling sealed.

I would highly recommend this company to my friends – Noam is happy to provide free onsite evaluations.

Reposting my yelp review because I want to make sure everyone knows about the great work that Noam and All Bay Insulation did for my family. I also included some pictures of the old ducts in my crawlspace which started this whole journey.

Let me clarify. All Bay Insulation were great in handling some serious air duct and attic insulation issues at my house.

We recently found out that we had asbestos tape on our ducts when we wanted the return duct in our crawl space fixed. Noam the owner of the business personally came and did a through inspection of the issue and gave an estimate for free. Other places wanted to charge us for an estimate! He found that the asbestos tape was used in all of our ducts throughout the house. He recommended that we replace all of the duct work. Asbestos is pretty scary so we wanted the issue resolved as fast as possible. We got the estimate on Friday and Noam's crew showed up on Monday.

Examples of their exemplary work: Our house has some unusual wall paneling in the kitchen which made the job even harder since they had to go through the walls to replace the ducts. They were very careful in removing and eventually reinstalling the paneling. Also, the crawlspace under the house is very small so it was incredibly difficult to remove the old return and replace it with the new ducts. They did an amazing job. In fact we even had them come back to adjust the dampners on the new vents to move more heat around the house for no charge. All in all this was above and beyond what most folks would have done.

We also had our attic insulation replaced since they were already doing a lot of work in the attic with the ducts. I think its pretty standard stuff compared to the duct work. We definitely didn't expect this expense when we started 2020 but in the end it was something that had to be done and we are glad we went with Noam and All Bay. I felt they were honest and did a great job.

In summary, I had a great experience working with Noam and the team from All Bay and will definitely work with them again in the future. We moved to a new place and I wanted someone to inspect our duct work, dryer vent, attic and crawl space and advise on insulation and moisture control needs. Noam came over for a free inspection and not only explained the services they offered but also told me that I would probably not need everything now and suggested starting with fixing the duct work. He gave me time to think, was prompt in answering follow up questions and did not push additional services on me. He also inspected the duct registers, noticed asbestos usage and offered to take care of the removal as well. After scheduling the work, the team was prompt and efficient in getting the work done and took care of cleaning up everything after. Noam also used the duct blaster test to measure leakage after completing the work and ensured I got good results. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Noam and his crew have done a wonderful job on our floors. We made the mistake of not having our floors refinished before we moved in, so coordinating the project was bit daunting, but this team made it easy. Noam gave us great advice and helped us split the project up to accommodate our schedules. We got quotes from multiple contractors and flooring businesses in town, and All Bay Insulation & HVAC was easily one of the more competitive bids. If you are looking for good quality work, and a competitive price, HVAC is a great choice.

Noam and the entire team were fantastic. I needed my dry vents cleaned (truth is...I haven't had them cleaned in the 15 years I've been here). They found over 3 lb of lint on the dryer side, and the outside vent had a whole lot come out of it.

The team answering the phone to make the appointment were friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment in only 2 days. Noam and team cleaned the dryer area nicely, and the outside vent area was also nicely swept.

This was a fine experience, and I would completely recommend All Bay Insulation for a job such as mine.
