He is extremely knowledgeable and responded almost immediately to every question or concern I had. Richard even offered me a portable A/C unit until my central heat and air system could be replaced. Amber, who is the office manager, was always very polite and professional when I called. The installers were Juan, Drew, and Gelacio.
