Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in a very short amount of time. My only complaint would be the company charging me $233.00 for a $20.00 part. I think that’s quite excessive. Would I recommend your company to a friend?… Hmmm… not sure.

We just had an air & heating unit installed by Valley Air. I've never written an online review but felt compelled to write this one because their entire services from start to finish were so incredible!!!
Special mention and kudos to their installation team!! Frank and his crew kept us updated throughout the installation, were courteous and professional. They were on time, detail oriented and friendly. I recommend Valley Air to anyone looking for an air & heating unit. We had contacted several companies and they were the BEST.

Our appointment was scheduled from 1pm-3pm. Both my husband and I had to work, but he managed to get that 2 hour window off. No one showed and no one contacted either of us within that time frame so I called at 3 and was told "she's sending someone out within the hour. 4 o'clock comes and goes. My husband calls again at 4:45 and is told "he will be there in 20 minutes. He should have contacted you." The repairman did finally show after 5pm and diagnosed the issue. We decided to have the work done through this company and thought they might have the decency to waive their $95 diagnostic fee after wasting half our day and costing me time at work to be here due to their lack of communication, but no. The repairman simply told us that we'd have to talk to the owner about that. So, owner, I really don't think we should be out $95 dollars for a diagnostic fee because it costs you money to go service calls since you cost me money with a poorly managed office especially since we're going to be dumping up to $1,000 in repairs through your company within the next few days.
*Edit* Amber called the following day and explained the scheduling issue. She refunded the diagnostic fee and was very polite and professional. Thank you for handling this so promptly. My husband and I both have jobs that demand an obscene amount of our time so, as you would expect, time is very valuable to us. I appreciate your attention to the matter and look forward to completing our contract.

I had a great experience. They scheduled my ac inspection the next day. Then the tech picked up the parts same day at a local warehouse and installed it in a couple of hours. Super impressed, got my ac back up and running & the price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!
