If you want a reliable, honest, and fair-priced company, this is the place. Louie returned my call promptly and helped get me heat within a day. There is a reason that he is so popular on the Pebble Creek e-group. Highly recommended!

We called Louis at West Valley A/C and Heating after our A/C unit conked out, and another company had given us a $1700 quote to replace a part. We gave Louis the diagnostic information from the other company.
He arrived and started by validating the diagnosis. He took the time to de-ice the unit, and thoroughly checked it. He determined it was only a freon leak. The house immediately cooled and he told us that he would be back later in the week to check that everything was still good. He was courteous, capable, and fair.
I give this guy 10 stars for:
A/knowing what he’s doing
B/being incredibly honest
C/solving our problem immediately

There are plenty of incompetent and unscrupulous a/c companies out there. Don’t get burned. Call Louis at West Valley, and be prepared to be treated like royalty.
(Like all companies, you will need to wait until he can schedule you in, but SO worth the wait.) They don’t make many companies like this anymore!
