Alissa has a very nice phone voice. She is a top notch CSR. I hope when you use Valley Air Conditioning you get a chance to talk to Alissa.

Service was on time, thorough. Shawn's knowledge of my unit is excellent. He is personable & kind.

Craig and Jerry showed up on time to install my air scrubber filtration system. They tested the system and checked my cold air return. Friendly, courteous and answered all my questions

My experience with Shawn is that he is a great technician that listens and some don't. I'll always ask for him.

Never posted a review of any kind before, but because of the great service we received we felt compelled to. A family friend referred Valley Air to us and we can see why.
Dinarte our sales rep. was very professional answered all our questions and very up front in regards to what we should and would expect with working with Valley Air. We felt he was honest very polite, very patient (because I had a lot of questions).
Seth and his crew (Jerry & Shaun) for the AC installation part were very professional, polite, very informative, hard worker (s).
Seth and his crew (Rich) returned a few weeks later to blow insulation in our attic. Again service was professional and timely.

Your team did a great Job! They were able to remove my old furnace (in the attic) down through my existing attic access without having to cut a new hole in the ceiling. They installed the new furnace and had it running by a little after noon. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the old parts and pieces. The new furnace/air conditioner appears to have more power and really puts the air out. It's only been running for one day now but so far we are very pleased with the unit.

Seth was totally professional in his. job. He gave a complete explanation of what he did and responded to all questions asked. I felt confident that he did a complete and thorough examination of my air ducts.
