Valley Air Conditioning & Heating

My technician Erik Pulido let me know when he would arrive and was on time. He was patient and courteous which was important to me as someone who did not fully understand the process of replacing the filter. This is the second time Erik came out to do service to my AC/furnace and I am extremely pleased with his service and consider him a good representative of Valley Air.

Our AC unit stopped working so I called Valley Air. Mellisa was able to send James the technician out to fix. James arrived and replaced the capacitor and sure enough it fired right up!!. We have been prior customers of Valley Air but have not had them out for a couple of years. James the technical was very knowledgeable and very nice. Mellisa was very accommodating and nice as well. We are now going to be loyal customers. Top notch service!!! I would recommend you a least try Valley Air for your HVAC issues and service.

Just had our heater maintenance done by Bret. Great service. Thorough and fast. Great job. I highly recommend Valley Air.

Erik was fantastic! He arrived within the time frame I was given and called to give me a heads up for his arrival. Such a nice gentleman and extremely polite!!! He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you Valley Heat & Air!!! The Rep Drew came out within an hour and quickly determined & fixed our home heating issue. It's so great to work with a company that is on call 24 hours and whose Rep's are well trained & knowledgeable about the equipment. Drew was an incredible nice young man. Thank you!!

Very friendly. Trusted the tech. Felt safe and felt he was honest. Was not concerned about anything being broken or stolen. My only complaint was I discovered he was the same age as my son......which made me realize I'm getting old (which sucks!...lol). Just being funny lol. Thanks Valley Air Conditioning

Valley Air Conditioning and Heating have sent out a technician a total of 3 times so far and they have still been unable to fix our A/C unit. For example, today after the technician they sent out had finished working on our unit (it was shutting off on its own every few hours, apparently it needed a new part that we had to wait almost two weeks for), he not only managed to kill the power to the entire house at one point but the unit started blowing hot air after he left. We had to call our and disturb our landlord to come over to help reset the breaker box as the main breaker switch is locked from the outside.

Each time they send someone the problem never gets fixed yet they keep charging us more money. How is that fair? Also, when I realized the unit was blowing hot air, I tried to call to get ahold of someone to see if anyone could swing back by our house and of course they take a lunch from 12pm-1pm without anyone answering the phones. I will definitely be updating this review later on but I have never dealt with anything like this. We shouldn't have to pay if you can't do the work. Find any other company to call for your A/C needs, especially in the Summer when you need someone you can count on.

UPDATE: I spoke with Rich, the owner, who understood my frustrations and sent out his lead technician James to our house shortly after all of this happened. James was able to take time out of his busy schedule to come and fix our unit, and it is now working better than ever. He is a very good and genuine worker who let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I am changing my review to three stars instead of one after going through such a mess these past two weeks. Check Facebook for a more in-depth review.

Thank you very much Rich and James for all of your hard work and for finally fixing our unit. I know it is Summer and you guys are probably very busy but you righted this wrong and I appreciate that.

The heater went out on my rental unit in Modesto (in January) and Valley Air Conditioning came out to repair. It needed a part so they wouldn’t be able to repair it that day. They left and came back to bring a portable heater to my tenant to use in the meantime. They are always great at communicating any delays. I like that they are very technology forward too. I get a text before they arrive saying who the technician is that is coming. I also received a phone call about the delay of the part. Excellent follow up and communication. Their friendly office staff deserve praise as well as the technicians that come out for the repairs.

Rich was timely, professional and did a thorough maintenance evaluation and service on our HVAC unit. Will continue to use Valley Air Conditioning & Heating.

I set an appointment online yesterday at 6pm
and had the option of service the next morning between 8-10. Service tech was here and done by 930p. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable.
