Unit not used much in two years. Shawn replaced what was needed and now runs great.

We noticed our A/C was having trouble keeping up with the heat wave this summer. Being that our unit is from 2002, we decided to see what could be done. Since it was still mostly working we decided to go for the maintenance visit first and go from there. They were pretty busy with the heat wave but they had a cancellation and called to see if we wanted to move up a week, which we did. Although the time window got missed due to the previous appointment, Shawn came out and was very professional. He did some much-needed cleaning of the AC unit and after inspection we decided to replace a capacitor that was below spec.

All in all it was a good experience. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to get a call to know they weren't going to make the time window since I had to take time off work and re-arrange kid pickup from school.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Valley Air Conditioning and Heat Company. We had such a great experience both with Dinarte , the sales man. We needed a new heater. He was so professional and. Such a great guy he really knew his stuff and understood what we were saying - what we really wanted, he listed carefully and respected every word. So we just despise not to get other estimates and just go with this family ran business. Then we had the Pleasure of meeting Seth the technician and he installed our brand new heater. He also was a very nice guy! Very professional hauled away our old heater. And really went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied. And they both Were On Time Tooo😃!!! . I really personally recommend you using this company and remember do it befor the winter rush. Or you’ll be waiting lol. Have a great day!

This was the best experience I could have asked for when purchasing and installing an AC unit. My team was informative, understanding, hard workers, and made sure we were completely satisfied. They were even able to complete a special request to our specifications. Frank, Dave, Cody, and one other gentleman (I apologize I forgot the name) came in ready to work and ready to work hard. Valley Air Conditioning and Heating took good care of us when our ac gave out right in the beginning of summer. Starting from Dinarte, a man of his word, and the technicians; Ray and Seth, who were super nice and very fast. My family is more than pleased with them! Thank you very much for your services!

We called after hours with no air conditioning during a heat wave. Response was prompt, professional and he explained problem and how to operate new thermostat so we understood. He also shared some information we were unaware of to watch for or to check ( in thermostat) Renewed our maintenance plan which I would recommend.

I had Rich come to my home. He told me I needed a 3 way air vent for 6 of my air vents. He said $700; I was stunned. I reacted with shock but I was not rude or offensive as my employee can attest. This man walked out of the house without a word and drove away. This company had been at my home before and I gave them a great review so to get offended at my questioning the price is utterly unprofessional. You can buy this vent for $26 at Lowes. I will never use this comapny again and everyone beware. This behavior was bizarre.
