After meeting with Brandon, the sales representative for Cencal, we decided to install a new HVAC system as ours was over 30 years old. We decided to install all electric and so far it’s been running just fine with no problems. They will come out twice this year for routine maintenance check at no charge. The installers Zach and Sean were very efficient. You couldn’t tell they had been here with no mess to clean up. Brandon, Zack and Sean were all very courteous. It was a full day of work for them. I will update later if there’s any problems with the unit it is a Bosch Seer 18, so far our home is keeping cool and the Ecobee thermostat works just fine especially with the app on my phone.

Absolutely terrible. I was told number times about a diagnostic fee of $91 that would be waived if we went with the company for the repair. One when we first called to schedule the appointment second when they called the next day to confirm the appointment and for the third time when they called the morning of to change my appointment time. When tech arrived he looked at the unit and did a walk through and just visibly looked at the unit and went to the attic to look at the lines. He then mentioned he did not visibly see anything and would be able to locate the problem (leak) if we consent to a $325 test that is an “extra” service to find out for sure what the problem is. Which we knew there was a leak which is why we needed freon. So a $91 dollar diagnostic fee that was suppose to be waived if we went with this company to do the repair would be waived then turned into a $91 diagnostic fee $325 additional service fee to locate the problem $440 to fill with freon and then the cost of repair. Their definition of a diagnostic is a tech coming out and just using their eyes to look at the system if they have to touch anything or use any tools is additional cost. Diagnostic fee $91 does not mean they find the problem at all it’s to have tech come out and get a yea you have a problem it’s not cold in your house maybe this possibly that. If you want actual service and answer it’s additional cost. Tech that came out was nice nothing personal but absolutely terrible with providing any actual results. Even after calling the office they advise the tech would explain to me their billing process. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like mystery charges.

Called for service for non functioning AC system, sent a technician out very quickly. Christian arrived, diagnosed the problem, and noticed the date of manufacture. He could have sold us the parts/labor but he suggested to us that we call original installer to see if they would warranty it. The original company did warranty the part.His honesty saved me money and earned them my business.I had Christian return to service the AC, very polite , knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend Cencal Mechanical

Cencal is the best choice we could have made when our air conditioning went out couple of years ago. After installation we hired them for yearly maintenance as well. The quality of service Cencal provides and mannerisms of their staff is exceptional!! Judah was very courteous and thorough in explaining all details of the maintenance today👌

They have installed two units for us over the years. One for our old home and an electric unit for our new home. We have had no issues with either. When they did install the new unit, they scratched some of the walls and doors, but they sent someone out to fix it.

We had a leak due to a hole in our AC condensation line and CenCal was able to assess it and fix it the same day, technician arrived promptly and completed the job quickly, what was best was for the initial assessment there was no fee to this unlike other HVAC guys who seemed to charge a hefty fee for an initial ‘diagnostic assessment’. Overall very happy with the high quality of service and prompt response received and would highly recommend CenCal.
