We have had Cencal out to perform preventative maintenance several times. Their technicians have always been respectful of me and my home.
They came out once to diagnose a potential problem with our heater. I really appreciated the honesty of the technician. He gave me several different options, told me what he’d do if it was his home and didn’t try to sell me services or repairs that weren’t necessary.

Cen-Cal Heat and Air. Fantastic people from office and phones to technicians on-site. Jason did a fantastic job on our heater. Fixed a problem we have had for a few seasons and provided options if his repair did not fix the problem.
They are a customer driven company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Cencal has been prompt, professional and overall awesome every step of the way for us. We replaced our entire Heater/AC unit, duct work and added whole house fan. We couldn’t be happier with our new system and the great service we received and continue to receive! Don’t hesitate to call them if you need help with your AC or heater!

Office staff are kind and responsive, repair staff are knowledgeable and respectful. I love the heads-up text with a picture of the repair person coming to your house! Totally worth the money.

I was looking for a new company to handle my yearly service and maintenance. Yvette in the office is incredible. Very helpful, friendly, efficient and understanding. Brandon was the technician that did the service. He was also all of the above. Couldn't believe he actually showed me pictures of the unit and explained things (it's located on the roof). Service was thorough and done in a timely manner. Yvette called several days later to make sure everything was working well and that I was satisfied. I have never had a company do that for any home service. I have definitely found my new company and highly recommend them.

After calling several businesses for a quote and none getting back to me, I came across Cencal and I am glad it was them who promptly got in touch with me. Ver courteous and professional. Explained the problems, got to work and finished in a short time. Cleaned up and was very friendly and sociable! Thanks JB. They wave the estimate fee if you have them do the repairs, which is fair. I would recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their ac or furnace, or even an installation.

Omg…. They are amazing 🙌🏼!! Unbelievably professional and so kind!! They have always been there for me ASAP since I’ve bought my house!! When my AC motor went out in the summer they were here fast!!
