Jason and team are truly the best out there. When my AC went out, I had a tech out to my house right away, quick diagnosis and turn around on getting the part. Unfortunately that was only a band aide and I ended up needing a whole new system. Jason provided me with a great explanation and helped me to pick the right system for my house. A couple days later his crew of techs showed up to my house and efficiently installed the system. They were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was set. They put a binder of all the important info together for me and arranged all the inspections needed. 5 months later and I am really enjoying the efficiency of my new system! Of course my air conditioner went out on the hottest day a hundred and 112f. They were able to get me the same day appointment they came out and were very professional and didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of things was straight as honest as can be. turns out it was a bad capacitor and they fixed it and got us up and running in a fast time.
Now the bad news is they are definitely on the higher price side they charged me $460 for a capacitor change which is basically a 15 to $20 part and not a hard process to switch to switch. Average company seem to be around 170 to $250 for capacitor change. Me personally if I wasn't in a bind I would look elsewhere just because how expensive they were compared to the national average. But when it's 111°, I just accept it, you just accept it. If it wasn't for the outrageous price I would have gave them five stars

Cencal was very helpful with our emergency. Our Trane/American Standard unit needed a part and no one else could get it within a reasonable timeframe during this supply crisis. Not only did they get the proper part within a couple of days, they were able to install a temporary fix until the part came in, something the other hvac services said couldn't be done. My wife was recovering from a hospital stay and they went the extra mile to ensure we had cooling over the weekend. I'm very appreciative, and the service tech, Ignacio was great.
