We replaced a 30 year old gas HVAC system with a Bosch Heat Pump system with Cencal. They provided a good value on the product installed, excellent service staff, and performed timely work of improvements. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Well Done!!

Cristian Ruiz came out had my system running in no time. My AC had stopped working after we had a different company install new smart thermostats. Cristin came out diagnosed the problem in under 5 min and had me up and running quickly thereafter. Great job. Thank you.

CENCAL Mechanical was a joy to work with. All the way from the initial evaluation of our needs to the final installation and setup. Their representative, Brandon Hinojos was our initial contact and help during the whole process. He kept us informed and answered my many questions with patience and consideration! The installers were always courteous and considerate while being efficient. Could not have asked for a better group to have do the removal of our old system and install new. We are enjoying our new Bosch all electric system very much.

I just had a new HVAC system installed by Cencal. From beginning to end my experience with Cencal has been excellent. Brandon Hinojos was extremely helpful from inititial presentation which was very thorough, throughout the installation process and afterward. I felt like he really cared about going above and beyond expectations. The installation crew were very professional and clean. The office staff handling phone questions and scheduling were also extremely professional and helpful. I am anxious to see improved performance and efficiency from my new system and feel confident that Brandon and the Cencal staff will be there to answer any questions and meet any servicing/maintenance needs.

Cencal is a great Heating & Air, company. They have a quick responsive time and what I really appreciate is that they call to go over any issues found and discuss repair options along with price points. They are always on time and the tech are very friendly.

Mr. Facio was THE best service person I’ve ever had at my house. He installed my google nest so fast he could have done it with his eyes closed. I called multiple HVAC companies and Cencal Mechanical heat and air beat all the competitors prices and customer service. A lot of them quoted me $189 just to come out and that’s including not the actual work 🫠. They saved my bank account lol. I will definitely be saving them in my contacts and referring them every chance i get!

I called Cencal on a rainy Saturday in December and they were very responsive. We scheduled a time for them to come out the next day and they ended up fitting us into their schedule the same day (the rain cooperated with us!). Ignacio was very thorough with what was going on with our system. He took many pictures to show us our unit (unit in the roof) and was very knowledgeable about the options that we were facing. We ended up going with a new unit and had it installed by Wednesday. So fast! We greatly appreciate the team for helping us to get our house back to a decent temp in December.

My AC fan stopped spinning during the night. I called early morning and had a technician, Isaiah Facio, come out and repair my unit. Within a short time he know what was wrong with it and fixed it. It was my AC Capacitor that needed to be replaced. Isaiah was professional and explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cencal Mechanical Heating & Air, Inc.
