My furnace system has been maintenances by the tech Cristian . He was polite and gave me the necessary information to make a decision regarding future replacement.

Update-New heat pump and AC installed. Wanted to have the installation before it gets too hot! As expected CenCal staff was amazing. Every person that entered my home was respectful and professional. Even the office staff is pleasant to talk to. Now we have a system that will reduce energy costs, can be controlled by an app on my phone, and will work to keep the house comfortable for the next 30 years. Additionally, there is the satisfaction of knowing if we do encounter any problems or questions we can call CenCal for help.

Encountered problems with an older AC unit in a new to us home. The technician did a fabulous job of explaining the causes and providing options for repairs or replacement. We decided to repair at this time and will definitely be reaching back out to Cencal Heating and AC when it comes time for replacement.

I have used Central for 2 years now. They are very professional, thorough, reliable, and punctual. Great communication and customer service.

Thanks to the office staff (Ivette, Sara& Grace), technicians & installers at Cencal Mechanical for a job well done during the entire installation process of our new HVAC system. It all began with a prompt response from Ivette when we had an issue with our AC. Christian came to do a maintenance and then offered his recommendation. After doing some research, we decided to go forward with replacing our old system. Brandon graciously answered whatever questions we had. Zach came in a couple of days before the installation to survey the wirings to be better prepared on the day of the install. Steve, Andrew, Zach & Jake came to install our new system. They were all courteous & knowledgeable. They finished on time and thanked us for trusting them for the job. A big thanks to everyone at Cencal Mechanical and thank you for the gift.

Isaiah and Judah from Cencal came today to perform a scheduled furnace maintenance on our HVAC system. Cencal sent us a text with a picture of who will be coming to do the work. Isaiah even made a courtesy call to make sure that we are already available when they arrive. They are both very courteous and respectful. When they finished the work, Isaiah gave us a run down of what they did and showed us pictures of how the units look after the maintenance. He even gave some recommendations on how to keep our system working efficiently. He is very knowledgeable of the job he is doing. Thank you for a job well done, Isaiah and Judah!
