Cristian Ruiz came out and fixed it right away! He was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable! I’ve called other places before and they charged so much without even fixing the problem. I will be continuing to use Cencal for all my HVAC services. Thank you!

Everything from start to finish has been top notch. The person they sent to figure out what we wanted/needed was Brandon who was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. We felt comfortable with our decision to purchase the HVAC system and signed the contract on a Friday night. They installed it the following Wednesday and Thursday. Their installation crew were super nice and got the job done quickly without any problems. Brandon was also there on the first day and helped the crew out and also came back the second day to make sure everything was going well. The office staff that calls to confirm is also very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend Cencal if you want a great job done! Very impressed by this company and their employees.

He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and make the needed repairs. I have worked with this office for several years and with Brandon in particular. I had a dental emergency and felt comfortable leaving him here alone to finish the repair. I would not do that with any other company we have used. I highly recommend CenCal for many reasons. They are so easy to work with AND a human answers their phone!

Cencal has serviced our HVAC for several years—technicians are very polite and knowledgeable, arrive on time and always clean up. Recently we had to replace our upstairs unit — the owner took time to discuss options and provide recommendations. Cencal then installed the unit professionally, efficiently & at a fair price, took care of all of the paperwork, including filing the utility rebate, and went out of their way to make us feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!
